那么,这无欺的 refuge(皈依处)三宝是什么呢?

Collection of Teachings by Ngawang Lodro Drakpa JNLD290: Introduction to Dharma Teaching Introduction to Dharma Teaching Introduction to Dharma Teaching Oh, yay! Now, we are fortunate to be born in the difficult-to-attain Jambudvipa (the Southern Continent), to encounter the rare and precious teachings of the Buddha, and to meet a Lama who teaches the Dharma, which is also difficult to encounter. Having such fortunate circumstances, if we do not examine whether we are achieving anything in Dharma, it is uncertain whether we will have such opportunities again in the future. Therefore, now is the time for us to earnestly engage in Dharma. Now, I will share some words that you should keep in your hearts: Generally speaking, whether we live or die, whether things go well or badly, we have no other hope or refuge than the Guru (teacher), Buddha, Dharma (teachings), and Sangha (community) (Three Jewels). If we rely on the Three Jewels for refuge, they do not discriminate based on worldly status like worldly officials do, looking at wealth, power, or social standing. Instead, with impartial compassion for all beings, they protect us from immediate fears and guide us on the path to liberation. They are our ultimate refuge in this life and the next, and they will never deceive us. So, what are these infallible Three Jewels? They are the Buddhas, the Bhagavan (Blessed One) who abides in the state of the ten powers, possessing a sea of compassion; the supreme Dharma, which is the path of cessation that destroys the root of all suffering—the defilements of afflictions; and the Sangha, the ocean of noble assemblies who hold the treasury of wisdom and liberation. From the depths of your hearts, not just superficially, rely on these three as your refuge, trusting that they will protect you from all the sufferings of this life and the next, and recite the refuge vows. Oya! Now, for the sake of all sentient beings as vast as the sky, and so that I may attain Buddhahood, today in the presence of the noble Avalokiteśvara (the Bodhisattva of Compassion), I vow to uphold the temporal precepts, which are to abstain from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, and lying—the four root downfalls—as well as from drinking intoxicants, sitting on high and luxurious thrones, eating after noon, wearing garlands and other ornaments, and engaging in dancing and other forms of entertainment. From today until the sun rises tomorrow (forever), I will not violate these vows even slightly. The benefit of maintaining this commitment to protect these vows is that in this very life, the body will not suffer from various diseases such as Naga diseases, nor will it be harmed by spirits or demons. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Free from the harm of the non-righteous, may body, speech, and mind abide in ease; may all virtuous deeds performed possess great transformative power; may the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas be pleased and protect with love; may all good aspirations be fulfilled as wished, and so forth, with vast benefits. Moreover, in future lives, may the gates to the three lower realms—hell, hungry ghosts, and animals—be severed; may one obtain the excellent body of gods and humans, adorned with the seven qualities of higher realms, and enjoy the glory of happiness. In the future, may one meet the teachings of the Buddha Maitreya and become one of his disciples, or go to the pure land of Mount Potala and, at the feet of the venerable Avalokiteśvara, become a disciple of the noble one, turning one's back on the three realms of samsara and going from ease to ease on the path of true liberation. In particular, if one upholds the vows well with the motivation of bodhicitta, one will certainly enter the discipline of the Mahayana vows, ultimately becoming a special cause for attaining the unsurpassed state of Buddhahood. Furthermore, if this is done in conjunction with the tantric rituals, complete with deity, mantra, and samadhi, one will soon reach the ranks of the vidyadharas of secret mantra and obtain the wisdom body of the unsurpassed Mahamudra, and so forth, possessing immeasurable benefits. Therefore, this time, you all should focus your minds and, with the motivation of benefiting all beings, in the pure mental appearance before you, in the midst of the sky filled with rainbows and light, visualize the noble Avalokiteśvara, his body like a mountain of pure white conch, as if struck by the light of a million suns, dwelling perfectly with a retinue of bodhisattvas. You should also not think of yourselves as impure ordinary beings, but practice taking the path by visualizing yourselves as the form of Avalokiteśvara, deciding that whatever appears is the body of Avalokiteśvara, whatever sound is heard is the sound of the supreme six-syllable mantra, and whatever thoughts arise are the mind of Avalokiteśvara. Do your best to perform the fasting ritual without omission, or recite the Mani mantra, making sure to recite it accurately and without error. Now, you all should respectfully prostrate before the refuge of this life and future lives, the supreme Avalokiteśvara, who dwells perfectly before you.
