Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, receive the empowerment: Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, वज्रसत्त्व, Vajrasattva, Diamond Being), do you know? Please hold me with great compassion, please purify all my misdeeds and transgressions, please bestow upon me the supreme blessing of empowerment. From the four seed syllables (འབྲུ་བཞི) at your four places (གནས་བཞི), radiate white, red, blue, and yellow light, which dissolves into my own four places (གནས་བཞི), thereby obtaining the complete blessings of the four empowerments. The order of dissolution: Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, वज्रसत्त्व, Vajrasattva, Diamond Being) Father and Mother dissolve into a mass of light, which dissolves into the crown of my head, making my three doors of body, speech, and mind inseparable from yours, becoming a blessing. Dedication: By this pure accumulation of virtue, may all beings in the vast Dharmadhatu (ཆོས་དབྱིངས) of the all-pervading Heruka (ཧེ་རུ་ཀ, हेरुक, Heruka, Blood Drinker), be liberated into their own natural radiance! This is a concise method for practicing the recitation of the inseparable root guru Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, वज्रसत्त्व, Vajrasattva, Diamond Being), written by Mati at the request of Dondrup Pal. Take refuge and generate bodhicitta as usual. Visualize: On a lotus and moon cushion above your head, the essence of the root guru—Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, वज्रसत्त्व, Vajrasattva, Diamond Being), his body white like the full autumn moon, in union with the white consort. Adorned with a beautiful net of precious bone ornaments, the Father and Mother hold all the implements, deities of skillful means and wisdom. At the four places (གནས་བཞི) are the emblems of the four vajras (རྡོ་རྗེ). Abiding in the naturally pure state of non-duality between samaya and wisdom beings. Guru Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, वज्रसत्त्व, Vajrasattva, Diamond Being), please consider me! I regret from the depths of my heart all the sins and transgressions I have accumulated since beginningless time, and I vow to guard against them well in the future. In a state of non-duality of mind, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra of Heruka (ཧེ་རུ་ཀ, हेरुक, Heruka, Blood Drinker) as much as possible. Finally, pray that the glorious master, the all-pervading lord of all families, will purify all my faults and shortcomings! May the protector dissolve into light, body and mind inseparable, and quickly reveal the unmade, natural face! This was also written by Mati at the request of Tsultrim Gyatso. In an instant, in this place in the sky, surrounded by rainbow light, the guru is inseparable from Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, वज्रसत्त्व, Vajrasattva, Diamond Being), and the ocean of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble assemblies dwells in the field of pure vision as it is. Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།, वज्रसत्त्व, Vajrasattva, Diamond Being) and the noble assembly, please consider me! I confess from the depths of my heart all the violations of the three vows (སྡོམ་གསུམ) and all the misdeeds I have accumulated since beginningless time. Please purify the sins and obscurations! Especially in this life, before the glorious guru, I confess all the broken precepts that I have taken, and I pray that you purify the sins of broken vows!
