At all times, I prostrate to the feet of the supreme one abiding in the steadfast path, surrounded by nine hundred Arhats. I offer, I take refuge, please bless me. At all times, I prostrate to the feet of the great supreme Arhat abiding in the vast King of Mountains, surrounded by twelve hundred Nagas. I offer, I take refuge, please bless me. At all times, I prostrate to the feet of the great supreme Arhat abiding in the King of Mountains, Bihula, surrounded by fourteen hundred hermits. I offer, I take refuge, please bless me. At all times, I prostrate to the feet of the great supreme Arhat, Miyopa, abiding in the King of Snow Mountains, surrounded by one thousand. I offer, I take refuge, please bless me. At all times, I prostrate to the feet of the great supreme Upasaka, Dharmatala, surrounded by countless assemblies of Upasakas. I offer, I take refuge, please bless me. Thus, pray. Then, recite: Om Muni Muni Maha Munaye Svaha (藏文：ༀ་མུ་ནི་མུ་ནི་མཧཱ་མུ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ muni muni mahāmunaye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Sage, Sage, Great Sage, Svaha) many times. Supreme noble beings, may you bless the teachings to remain long in the world! By the power of this root of my virtue, may the source of benefit and happiness, the teachings, increase. Having completely abandoned all sources of suffering, may I quickly dry up the ocean of existence. May I perfect the ocean of merit, may I purify the ocean of wisdom. Having perfected all the oceans of qualities, may I surpass all beings in the world. Perfecting the two accumulations, the Buddhas of the three times, Their activities are inseparable, their qualities are indistinguishable. Maturing disciples with equal fortune, may the glorious blessing of the incomparable Lama be auspicious! By the compassion of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, may the Shravakas uphold the Vinaya as long as existence lasts. May the great Arhats who benefit beings be auspicious! May the four great kings, the profound and vast seers, Dhṛtarāṣṭra (Guardian of the East), Virūḍhaka (Guardian of the South), Virūpākṣa (Guardian of the West), and Vaiśravaṇa (Guardian of the North), be auspicious! May the sole source of benefit and happiness, the Dharma, remain long, and may the lives of the holy Dharma holders be as stable as a victory banner! May the coming of the Teacher into the world, the clarity of the Dharma like sunlight, and the harmony of the Dharma-holding disciples and Sangha, be auspicious for the long duration of the Dharma! Praise to the Sixteen Arhats: The Arhats who have tamed their minds, residing steadfastly to uphold the Dharma, maintaining, propagating, and protecting it, these sixteen are: Bharadvāja who takes alms, the golden Bakula, Rahula who is steadfast on the path, Kanakavatsa who conceals, Kundadhana of the Naga division, the Arhat Yanlag Jung, Nana Ne and Mapampa, Landren Den and Serchen Den, Michepa and Dudan, Deshin Zangpo, and likewise, the one called Zangpo, to all of them I pay homage!
