应供七次祈愿。如果乐意做朵玛仪轨，可以预先准备好装饰精美的圆形朵玛等，并在祈愿之前进行朵玛仪轨。仪轨的方式是： 用甘露（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：不死）净化，用自性（藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性）清净。从空性中，在珍宝朵玛器皿内，由三字（嗡啊吽）所生，无漏喜悦之物。通过净化、增长、转变的殊胜之物，无与伦比。广大供养朵玛，永不耗尽。嗡啊吽。念诵三遍加持。嗡，圣度母及其眷属， नमः सर्व तथागत（藏文：ༀ་ཨརྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝ་ར་བྷྱཿན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐ་ག་ཏ，梵文天城体：नमः सर्व तथागत，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ sarva tathāgata，汉语字面意思：礼敬一切如来）等。以虚空藏的咒语和手印，念诵三遍或七遍等，随意供养，最后以 अर्घं（藏文：ཨརྒྷཾ，梵文天城体：अर्घं，梵文罗马拟音：arghaṃ，汉语字面意思：供水）等至 शब्ट（藏文：ཤབྟ，梵文天城体：शब्ट，梵文罗马拟音：śabṭa，汉语字面意思：声音）进行供养。 དྷཱཾ། 从无生法界中，无碍幻化的显现。三密（身语意）奇妙庄严的示现。于虚空中展现，以慈悲之力迅速。赞叹圣母大乐眷属。瑜伽手印增长的无漏胜妙。生起圣众天女喜悦之物。广大供养朵玛，殊胜供养。以慈悲纳受，赐予一切成就。这样即可，然而不做朵玛仪轨也可以。 无论如何，从无生法身界中显现色身。随所化现，幻化美妙，显现一切。向圣母天女及其眷属祈请宽恕，所有不净的供养。念诵三遍百字明咒后，也请意外到来的朵玛宾客返回。 将前方的本尊圣母及其眷属，融入红色光明安乐的自性中。融入自身，净化三门业障。使我的智慧与本尊无二无别。然后尽可能多地念诵十字明咒，最后观想自身为智慧本尊的形象。所有无垢光明融入法界，再次从色身中显现，行持普贤行。 回向：以此清净的善业功德，愿世间所有被束缚的众生，远离轮回的痛苦，获得圣母的美好身。

From emptiness, within a precious Torma vessel, substances of immaculate bliss arise from the three syllables (Om Ah Hum). Through purification, increase, and transformation, the unsurpassed substance is unparalleled. May the vast offering Torma become inexhaustible. Om Ah Hum. Bless by reciting three times. Om, Arya Tare Sapariwara Bhya Namah Sarva Tathagata (藏文：ༀ་ཨརྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝ་ར་བྷྱཿན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐ་ག་ཏ，梵文天城体：नमः सर्व तथागत，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ sarva tathāgata，汉语字面意思：Homage to all Tathagatas) etc. Offer with the mantra and mudra of the Treasury of Space, reciting three or seven times as appropriate, and finally offer with Argham (藏文：ཨརྒྷཾ，梵文天城体：अर्घं，梵文罗马拟音：arghaṃ，汉语字面意思：water offering) etc. up to Shabda (藏文：ཤབྟ，梵文天城体：शब्ट，梵文罗马拟音：śabṭa，汉语字面意思：sound). Dham! From the unborn realm of Dharma, the unimpeded magical display. The wondrous manifestation of the three secrets (body, speech, and mind). Spreading in the sky, with the swift force of compassion. Praise to the great Queen Mother and her retinue. The supreme immaculate, increased by yoga mudras. Substances that generate the joy of the assembly of holy ones. I offer this vast and sacred Torma. Please accept with love and grant all attainments. This is sufficient, but it is also fine not to perform the Torma ritual. In any case, from the unborn Dharmakaya realm, the form body appears. Transforming according to what needs to be tamed, magically appearing in various ways. I ask forgiveness from the assembly of holy goddesses for any impure offerings. After reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times, also request the unexpected Torma guests to depart. The front-generated goddess, the holy mother and her retinue, dissolve into the nature of red light and bliss. By dissolving into oneself, purify the obscurations of the three doors. May my wisdom become inseparable from the deity. Then, recite the ten-syllable mantra as much as possible, and finally, visualize oneself as the form of the wisdom deity. All stainless light is gathered into the realm of luminosity, and then arise again in the form body, to engage in the conduct of Samantabhadra.
