第二部分，祈愿：圣救度母至尊自在天女，迅速慈悲，从怖畏中拯救的至尊者，胜母薄伽梵母的诸神众，我从内心深处祈求，陈述我的愿望：特别是为了我修持正法，在令人向往、愉悦的寂静圣地，以强大的意念专注于此，愿能使我对今生的家庭产生厌离之心。无论今生如何努力积攒财富，都能确信其毫无意义，从而努力修持真实的死亡之法，愿能精进不懈。前往殊胜的寂静之地后，即使片刻也不散乱，精进修行不松懈，一心专注于殊胜的禅定，愿能成就具有意义的佛法。在修持殊胜之道的任何时候，首先以四种厌离之心调伏自心，对轮回的因果产生厌离，愿能以此奠定修行的基础。之后，生起心胸开阔的菩提心，为了使如虚空般的众生获得圆满正觉，愿自己也能获得善逝的果位，生起无上的愿望。以正确的方便与智慧双运，对于布施等波罗蜜多的法行，恒常精进的菩萨行持善妙之行，愿能以此不断庄严自心。从无始以来，由于愚痴和错乱的心，执着于自我的执着，愿能以正确的无我见智慧，亲见法性。总而言之，愿此生以暇满人身做有意义之事，直至生命终结，不虚度光阴，愿能遵循噶当派前辈的行持。在第一次献曼扎时，念诵上述赞颂两次。在第二次献曼扎时，从上述供养开始，到赞颂的开头时，念诵：至尊天女的右手施予救护的手印，将我们置于其庇护之下，愿我们时时感到快乐，心满意足，以欢喜和虔诚之心，献上赞颂和祈愿。念诵三遍赞颂后，也进行祈愿。在第三次献曼扎时，从上述供养开始，到赞颂的开头时，念诵：从圣母清澈的智慧身中，流出红黄色的甘露，注入我的头顶，愿一切都成为圣母的加持。然后念诵赞颂。

Part Two, Supplication: Noble Tara, Supreme自在天女(zìzài tiānnǚ, The Goddess of Power), Swiftly compassionate, supreme savior from all fears, Queen Mother, the assembly of the Blessed One's deities, From the depths of my heart, I beseech you, stating my wishes: Especially for my practice of the sacred Dharma, In a desirable and delightful solitary sacred place, With powerful intention focused on this, May I turn my mind away from attachment to this life's household. No matter how much I strive to accumulate wealth in this life, May I be certain that it is meaningless, and thus strive to practice the true Dharma of death, May I be able to take diligence to heart. Having gone to a supreme solitary place, even for a moment, May I not be distracted, but diligently engage without slackening, Single-mindedly abiding in supreme Samadhi, May I accomplish the meaningful Dharma. At all times when practicing the excellent path, First, subdue my mind with the four thoughts that turn the mind away from samsara, Turning away from attachment to the causes and effects of samsara, May I establish the foundation of the path. Then, may I generate a mind with a vast scope of compassion for beings, For the sake of all beings equal to space attaining perfect enlightenment, May I desire to attain the state of Sugata myself, May I generate the supreme thought. With the union of correct means and wisdom, For the Dharma practices of generosity and other Paramitas, Constantly striving with the excellent deeds of a Bodhisattva, May I continuously adorn my mind. From beginningless time, due to ignorance and delusion, The clinging to the self, which destroys the clinging to self, May I directly see the nature of reality with the wisdom of correct selflessness. In short, may I spend this life with a meaningful leisure and endowment, Spending my life only on meaningful activities until the end, Without being distracted even for a moment in a meaningless way, May I uphold the conduct of the Kadampa forefathers. During the first offering of the Mandala, recite the above praise twice. During the second offering of the Mandala, starting from the above offering and reaching the beginning of the praise, recite: The right hand of the Supreme Goddess bestows the mudra of refuge, Placing us under her protection, May we always feel happy and content, With joy and devotion, we offer praise and supplication.
