From Salo Jampel Dorje's writings, 'The Torma Offering and Fulfilment of the Glorious Goddess, Queen of the Desire Realm,' entitled 'The Playful Ocean of Accomplishment,' which includes both a slightly detailed torma offering and fulfilment, and a condensed torma offering, the torma offering section is extracted separately, consisting of three parts: preparation, main practice, and conclusion. For the preparation, the arrangement of the torma and subsequent fulfilment offerings should be understood from Salo's writings. The individual arrangement of the torma is as follows: In an appropriate manner, construct a four-tiered Mount Meru from wood or clay, with the four continents and eight subcontinents at the outermost layer, along with an iron fence, colored with paints. Grind five types of precious jewels into powder, and place gold or turquoise inside. On top, place a five-pronged vajra, along with a tent and sky. The second tier consists of four skies and four battlements, with nine crows placed in between. The third tier consists of nine each of yaks, goats, sheep, dogs, black people, women, mules, and riders, as well as nine circles of colorful arrows. The fourth tier consists of eight skies and eight battlements, nine each of male faces, female faces, divination boards, nine containers, nine wine cups, and nine keys. In front of the torma, place a substitute figure that is complete and lifelike, adorned with clothing and ornaments, as described in the section on fulfilment offerings. The offerings include nine red tormas and twenty-five blood offerings. In the center of the torma, decorate with an arrow adorned with an eagle and a colored flag. In short, gather all necessary items without omission; this is the preparation ritual. Main Practice: Blessing The main practice is divided into two parts. Salo's writings mention four parts, with the fourth part being the torma offering and fulfilment, which is divided into three parts: blessing, offering, and substitute dedication.
