Adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, Wearing a necklace of fifty wet human heads, decorated with six bone ornaments and eight precious jewels. In embrace, holding the blue, single-faced, two-armed consort Mamaki (Tibetan: ཡུམ་མཱ་མ་ཀཱི་, literally: Mother Mamaki), holding a curved knife and a skull cup. With three eyes wide open, yellow hair standing upright, wearing a crown of five dry skulls, a necklace of fifty dry skulls, adorned with five bone ornaments. The left leg extended, the right leg bent, embracing the consort. Both are dwelling in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. Inside the conch shell, upon a seat of lotus, sun, and four stacked demons, sits the Bhagavan (Sanskrit: Bhagavan, literally: Blessed One) Hevajra (Tibetan: ཀྱཻ་རྡོ་རྗེ་), with a blue body. Both the consort and the lord are dwelling in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. From the hearts of the two, rays of light emanate, and their respective wisdom beings merge into themselves, reciting: Om Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Devanagari: ओँ वज्र सम ज, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Vajra Samaja, literally: Om, Vajra, Union). Jah Hum Vam Hoh (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Devanagari: जः हुं वं होः, Romanized Sanskrit: jah hum vam hoh, literally: Summon, Generate, Delight, Absorb). Establish Om (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) at the forehead, Ah (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) at the throat, and Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) at the heart. From the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the five families of initiation deities and their retinues, reciting: Om Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Devanagari: ओँ वज्र सम ज, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Vajra Samaja, literally: Om, Vajra, Union). Om Abhisincatu Mam (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥཱིཉྩ་ཏུ་མཾ།, Devanagari: ओँ अभिषिञ्चतु मं, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Abhisincatu mam, literally: Om, Please initiate me). After the prayer, recite: Om Vajri Bhava Abhisinca Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲི་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥཱིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: ओँ वज्रि भव अभिषिञ्च हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Vajri Bhava Abhisinca Hum, literally: Om, Vajra, Become, Initiate, Hum). Then explain each of the families. Sprinkle the remaining nectar upwards, using the immovable Buddha (Tibetan: མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་, Sanskrit: Akshobhya) as the head ornament for the lord and consort in the conch shell and vase. The purification and blessing of the offerings are as before. From emptiness, arise Ah (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) etc., as in the mandala ritual. From the melting of the Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) syllable, the flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, etc., become clear and unobstructed, filling the entire sky. Recite Om Vajra Puspe Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: ओँ वज्र पुष्पे आः हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Vajra Puspe Ah Hum, literally: Om, Vajra, Flower, Ah, Hum) etc., blessing with their respective mudras. Recite Om Bhagavan Maha Karunika Puspe Pratitsa Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བྷ་ག་ཝན་མ་ཧཱ་ཀ་རུ་ཎི་ཀ་པུཥྤེ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Devanagari: ओँ भगवन् महा करुणिक पुष्पे प्रतीच्छ स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Bhagavan Maha Karunika Puspe Pratitsa Svaha, literally: Om, Blessed One, Great, Compassionate, Flower, Accept, Svaha). As before, explain each of the families and recite the mantras for each of the offerings. Shake the vajra bell and vajra, strike the hand drum, whether with or without melody, recite one verse of 'Immovable Vajra Wisdom' etc., and one verse of 'All Things' etc. The blessing and offering of the torma are as before. With the mudra of wish-fulfilling, bend two fingers, and recite: Om Maha Bhuta Sapariwara Akarsaya Jah (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨ་ཀརྵ་ཡ་ཛཿ, Devanagari: ओँ महा भूत सपरिवार आकर्षय जः, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Maha Bhuta Sapariwara Akarsaya Jah, literally: Om, Great, Elements, with retinue, Attract, Jah). Om Anda (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨནྡ་) etc., until all is accomplished, as in the preliminary torma ritual. Since the inner offering and wish-fulfilling praises are not explained, recite the eight great gods etc., strike the vajra bell and vajra, or recite with palms together. Cross the fists, point the thumb and index finger outwards, and recite: Om Vajra Muh (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུཿ, Devanagari: ओँ वज्र मुः, Romanized Sanskrit: Om Vajra Muh, literally: Om, Vajra, Muh). The torma guests are dismissed. From one's own heart, radiate a string of mantras, forming a rope of light. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
