The management of items such as 'Jetung' (ritual instruments) should be carried out step by step by lower-ranking 'Dechungpa' (monastic officials). For all matters traditionally handled by younger monks, such as adding content to 'Kangyur' (Buddhist scriptures) ceremonies, from now on, only senior monks should be responsible.
