All that arises, all that is thought, all that is remembered, all that flows, is unreal. It is emptiness. It is unborn, beyond mind. It is without trace, without residue. It is without support, without truth, therefore, let the mind relax in a state of non-attachment. Whatever is thought of or appears in the mind, there is not even a particle of substance or form in it. There is not even a moment of truth or permanence, therefore, thoughts suddenly arise, appear hastily, and are remembered suddenly, just look at it, hold it tightly, stay still. It will completely dissolve by itself, disappear suddenly, and be suddenly realized. That is the essence of meditation, so stay in that state. Do not let thoughts become memories, do not let them change, do not let them spread. When those things happen, just leave them alone. Gently let go, throw them far away. At that time, whatever thoughts of "is" or "is not" arise, do not let awareness follow them, let them dissolve and liberate themselves. Do not continue thoughts, do not prolong memories, do not increase awareness, recite "ཕཊ་(Tibetan, स्फोट,sphoṭa,bursting forth!)", thereby completely cutting off the flow and spread of thoughts. Let awareness be in a state of non-attachment, free from consciousness, thought, and speech, free from wisdom, action, and effort, free from mind, memory, and thought. Ma gcig said, "The mind is non-dual, look in a way that cannot be seen. When you look, you cannot see your own mind. Not seeing is seeing the Dharma." So it is. To establish meditation in word guidance, one must rely on the teachings of the master for introduction: the master of scriptural transmission, the master of oral instructions and secret instructions, the meaning introduced by the master of experience and trust, that is, the emptiness and unborn nature of mind, without error or fallacy. The way things abide in their nature is like that, and the intention of all Buddhas also abides in the same way. In the Condensed Sutra (mDo sdud pa), it says, "The aggregates are empty from the beginning and understand the unborn. Not abiding equally, compassion arises for the realm of sentient beings." And "For example, just like searching for the depths of the endless ocean, if analyzed with wisdom, the depths of the aggregates cannot be found." Therefore, it is said that it is empty from the beginning. Through the master's oral instructions, one realizes that it is unreal, without form, without feeling, without perception, without volition. In it, there is not even a particle of a place for consciousness. So it is.

Like that mind itself appears as real when unawakened, but when awakened, it is emptiness. Whatever does not exist is called non-existence. Children examine it and consider it as existence and non-existence. These two, existence and non-existence, are the dharma of non-existence. Thus it is said. The nature of conceptualization is not established. It cannot be found by searching. It does not exist anywhere. Whatever is not form, not feeling, not perception, and not thought. It does not operate on the discriminating consciousness; it operates without abiding. This is the supreme practice of Prajnaparamita. Thus it is said. Like that, there is no seeing, no meditation. If one thinks that not having anything to see can serve the purpose of meditation, then that itself is the ultimate of meditation. Forms are not seen, and feelings are also not seen. Perception is invisible, and thought is invisible. In whatever discriminating consciousness, mind, and intellect are invisible. Thus the Tathagata said, "This is seeing the Dharma." Thus it is said. Like that, when the mind abides in emptiness, it is not just oneself. If awakened, it abides in all sentient beings. Know that all sentient beings are like oneself. Know that all dharmas are like all sentient beings. Thus it is said. Now, if one knows that all internal and external dharmas are without inherent existence, that is the ultimate intention of the Paramita. If all dharmas are fully known to be without inherent existence, this is the supreme practice of Prajnaparamita. Thus it is said. The oral transmission of the pith instructions teacher, in the Collection of Precepts, says: If you do not attend to anything, where will you fall? If you do not err in thoughtless meditation, there is no doubt about attaining the Bodhi of the Dharmakaya. Among meditations, this is the most supreme: destroy conceptualization and abide. Thus it is said. The son, Gyalwa Dondrup, said: Doing ruins it, meditating goes astray, thinking destroys it. Abandon and release, relax and abide. Thus it is said. The Collection of Precepts says: If you do not take up anything, that itself is taking up. Because what is taken up is what is to be known, there is nothing to see in the true meaning. Thus it is said. And again, it says: From the purification of body, speech, and mind, one obtains the fruit of the three kayas. From the natural liberation of samsara, there is no time to accomplish nirvana. Thus it is said. Non-doing is unconditioned. On the path of non-action, there is certain liberation. If you do not attend to appearance and emptiness, you will go on the path without falling into permanence or annihilation. Anything
