Searching for emptiness, the searcher is lost in between. Even searching for the lost, it cannot be found like a coward. A traceless, empty expanse, a nameless one. Whatever it is, whatever it is, freed from "what is this." Appearance is vast and boundless, awareness is naturally clear. Like the pure appearance of emptiness, without support or foundation. All is equally pervasive, reaching the realization of Samantabhadra. Ho ho, such a thing is truly laughable. In the realm of non-attachment, uncertain appearances arise. Unattached awareness is vast and boundless, free from all directions. However it appears, it is not established as such. Whatever it is, it is everything, liberated from all attachment. Just like the appearances in a dream. When clinging to duality, oneness is not established. Grasping and the grasped are not perceived, primordial emptiness, without root. Appearance and mind are without foundation, in the state of Great Perfection. Ordinary awareness is naturally present, relaxed and free. Without discriminating between what to abandon or adopt, without distinguishing good from bad. However it appears, let it be as it is. Clinging is the cage of bondage, it is samsara. Unattached awareness is the state of nirvana. Samsara and nirvana are merged in awareness, without acceptance or rejection. Negation and affirmation are merged in awareness, without acceptance or rejection. The eight consciousnesses are merged in the mind, without foundation. Grasping and understanding naturally vanish, like the tracks of birds in the sky. Appearance and liberation are without distinction, like water and waves. Grasping and the grasped are non-dual, like the dream realm of objects and mind. The appearance of objects is emptiness, like the moon in water, a mirage, an illusion. Movement is without substance, like hail in the sky. Naturally vanishing, without a trace, like clouds clearing in the sky. Awareness is empty and clear, like pure space. The nature is clear, abiding in its own place, like a clear ocean. Unobstructed, naturally arising, like a clear mirror. Awareness-emptiness is stainless, like a flawless crystal ball. Luminosity is spontaneously present, naturally radiant, like the five lights. The play of compassion, outwardly manifesting, like the appearance of external objects. Samsara and nirvana are self-appearing, like the appearances of a dream. Not moving from the sphere of reality, like space containing all things. Illusory appearances naturally dissolve, like awakening from a dream. The inner sphere of reality is completely pure, like the full moon. Primordial purity, the Dharmakaya, like immaculate space. If one understands in this way, one is a wise person. The nature is such, primordially such, it is great luminosity. There is no giving or taking with distinction, no contraction or expansion. Whatever it is, it is everything, it is the great natural state. May we be without fabrication, without hope and fear, without artificiality and defilement. The nature is such, primordially such, Great Perfection is liberated. Blissful, clear, non-conceptual, without beginning or end. From the vastness of effortless action, it naturally arises. Without hope and fear.

The Dharmakaya endowed with qualities is spontaneously accomplished. Naked awareness is serene like space. The meaning that transcends mind and mental events, Whatever it is, is manifest, and has reached the end of primordiality. Alas! The expanse of the vast Dharmadhatu, The sky of self-nature without artificiality or adulteration. The Bodhichitta without giving up, taking, going, or coming, The sun and moon rise, free from thought and expression. Pervaded by the light of bliss and clarity without conceptualization, May self-born wisdom spontaneously abide. In the clear and transparent, unwavering ocean, The unobstructed images of the five senses appear clearly. Abide in that state without turbulent waves. Seeing the essence of reality without beginning or end, On the mountain of stable clarity without change, The understanding of non-duality arises. Liberation in the spontaneously established state of primordial purity, Seeing the essence of the exhaustion of hope and fear, abandonment and adoption. Finding the fruit of the ground of primordial purity, This is the understanding of the manifested reality. That self-abiding awareness free from thought, May it spontaneously abide without limitation or bias. If you abide in that state, everything is Dharmakaya. Empty and clear, let go wherever you are comfortable without obstruction. If there is a special focus, it is the cause of bondage. Even if it is selfless and free from elaboration, let it go. If there is no distinction between right and wrong, it is the primordial state. No matter how appearances and mind arise, let them rest as they are. If bound by the rope of hope, it will be counterproductive. Even if undistracted meditation is good, let it go to its natural state. If there is no distraction or non-distraction, it is the real meaning. Even if you indulge in external objects, let go wherever you are comfortable. If you want to purify from the outside, it is a mistaken mind. There is no establishment within, so stop clinging. If there is no abandonment, adoption, hope, or fear, it is the primordial realm. It is the self-nature of Dharmakaya, so stop striving. Alas! The pinnacle of the Vajra essence of Dharmadhatu, In the definitive meaning, there is no self, other, samsara, or nirvana. Abandoning, cherishing, hoping, fearing, and striving are all causes of bondage. How does the cause-and-effect vehicle realize this? Like children arguing about the existence or non-existence of space. How to touch the meaning without elimination or establishment? With the discriminating mind that relies on the scriptures of provisional and definitive meanings, When will you see the essence of freedom from elaboration? With the valid cognition of direct perception and inference, Is there a time when you can see the true nature of mind? Without cutting off the stains of beginningless habitual patterns, Now there is still conceptual construction.
