将白糖与牛奶一起熬煮，做成糖丸或丸子，与三种果实混合，空腹食用，则体质增强且增长。行为方面，居住在阴凉处，依靠煮沸的牛奶，据说非常好。第五个意义是如此习惯的利益：身体油润且有光泽，令人愉快；无病且长寿，获得天界的安乐；拥有财富；没有白发和皱纹，变得年轻；生起止观，成就神通和预知；身体轻松且意识安乐，没有愤怒和冲突；空行母和誓言者聚集，随心所欲地出现成就；日夜显现光明，获得殊胜的成就等等，利益不可估量。如此大乐秘密的修持，以雪山白顶为装饰，愿一切众生在大乐菩提的奥明（藏文：འོག་མིན་，梵文天城体：ogmin，梵文罗马拟音：ogmin，汉语字面意思：下无），获得大乐国王的果位。对于次第修习的方法，如实地，成为显现光明，为具眼者所见之因。为了引导低劣的智慧，宣说了大方便的秘密意义。这是总结并记录下来的意义。具有信心的士夫，精进修持者，与恭敬上师者相遇，成就一生中的重大意义，殊胜的菩提，愿与金刚持（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་，梵文天城体：vajradhara，梵文罗马拟音：vajradhara，汉语字面意思：金刚持）具有同等福分。从秘密心髓的教言中，名为甘露云聚。大乐空性无二的显现之大字，由大圆满然降巴（克朗钦巴）所著圆满。萨玛雅。善哉！善哉！善哉！《祖先的遗产中，克朗钦巴的著作集。（10）乐空甘露云聚。》

Mix white sugar with milk and boil them together, make sugar pills or balls, mix with three kinds of fruits, and eat on an empty stomach, then the body will be strengthened and increased. In terms of behavior, living in a shady place and relying on boiled milk is said to be very good. The fifth meaning is the benefits of being so accustomed: the body is oily and lustrous, pleasing; being free from disease and long-lived, attaining the bliss of the heavenly realms; possessing wealth; having no white hair and wrinkles, becoming young; arising shamatha and vipassana, accomplishing supernatural powers and clairvoyance; the body being light and consciousness being peaceful, without anger and conflict; dakinis and samaya beings gathering, achievements appearing as desired; day and night appearing as clear light, attaining supreme accomplishment, and so on, the benefits are immeasurable. Thus, this practice of great bliss and secrecy, adorned with the white peak of the snow mountain, may all beings in the great bliss of the Ogmin (Tibetan: འོག་མིན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ogmin, Sanskrit Romanization: ogmin, Chinese literal meaning: no lower) of Bodhi, attain the state of the King of Great Bliss. For the method of gradual learning, in reality, it becomes the cause for the manifestation of light, seen by those with eyes. In order to guide inferior wisdom, the secret meaning of great skillful means is explained. This is the meaning summarized and recorded. May faithful individuals, diligent practitioners, meet those who respect the lama, accomplish the great meaning of one lifetime, the supreme Bodhi, and have equal fortune with Vajradhara (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: vajradhara, Sanskrit Romanization: vajradhara, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Holder).
