因此深奥的口耳传承三，是心髓正法中阴解脱之法。名为秘密法类，请知仅是表法而已。此外，此处亦有如是心要三。因此务必珍视彻底了解此要点。为了守护这些法藏，由历代胜者持明依次进行教敕。誓盟海众虽不可胜数，然于主要护法之修法类三中，以玛姆秘密修法心之滴，斩杀与自身及护法相违者。以曜煞秘密修法心之滴，将彼方敌军化为灰尘。以誓盟秘密修法心之滴，使听命使者之神通不可思议。因此，此三种珍稀修法仪轨，以口诀、窍诀、实修次第而安立，当恒常勤于供养、赞颂、酬补之事业。能令自身及眷属兴盛，消除一切障碍，成就如意宝之悉地。其功德胜于如意宝。如是，此三十五法类，已极甚深且圆满具足地阐释了明点胜秘密大圆满之法类。经续口诀虽极众多，然若归纳其义，则无有胜于此者。现今时代，寿命短促，资财匮乏，因福薄故，难以获得教法。文字繁多齐全亦难得见，见亦难得具足，因此，此简略成就义之珍宝心要之法，此极甚深如意宝之精华，为我之随学者具缘者之故，由龙钦饶绛贤善瑜伽士，于雪山白顶之颈处造立。以此善根，愿三有世界，一切众生皆能一时渡越轮回之海，于原始之地，自性任运成就，成为大乐普贤法王。名为《日之精华》之目录，由大乘瑜伽士龙钦饶绛于雪山白顶之颈处。于邬金宗（邬金宗）之圣地造讫。交付于具光咒主母，曜魔罗睺罗，誓盟金刚善三者。因此目录之三十五法类皆交付于汝等，若有窜改文字者，当降罪！无缘者勿...

Therefore, the three profound oral transmissions are the heart essence, the Dharma of liberation in the bardo. It is called the Secret Cycle, know that it is only symbolic. Furthermore, here too are the three essential points. Therefore, it is crucial to cherish and thoroughly understand this key point. To protect these Dharma treasures, the victorious vidyadharas have successively given instructions. Although the ocean of oath-bound ones is immeasurable, among the three cycles of sadhana methods for the main Dharma protectors, with the essence drop of the secret sadhana of the Mamos, one cuts down those who oppose oneself and the Dharma protectors. With the essence drop of the secret sadhana of Rahula, one reduces the enemy forces to ashes. With the essence drop of the secret sadhana of the oath-bound ones, the magical powers of the obedient servants are inconceivable. Therefore, these three rare sadhana texts, arranged with oral instructions, pith instructions, and practical application, one should always diligently engage in the activities of offering, praise, and fulfillment. It increases one's own prosperity and that of one's retinue, eliminates all obstacles, and is a treasure of siddhis that fulfills all wishes. Its qualities are superior to those of a wish-fulfilling jewel. Thus, these thirty-five Dharma sections have explained the supreme secret of the Great Perfection, which is extremely profound and complete in all essentials. Although there are many tantras, agamas, and instructions, if one summarizes their meaning, there is nothing superior to this. In this present age, life is short and resources are meager. Due to poor fortune, it is difficult to obtain the teachings. It is rare to see complete texts with many letters. Even if one sees them, one may not have the means to possess them. Therefore, this Dharma of the precious essence that accomplishes the meaning in brief, this essence of the wish-fulfilling jewel that is extremely profound, for the sake of my followers who are fortunate, the yogi Longchen Rabjam Zangpo composed it on the neck of the White Skull Snow Mountain. By this virtue, may all beings in the three realms of existence cross the ocean of samsara all at once, and in the primordial ground, may they spontaneously accomplish themselves, becoming the King of Dharma, the Great Bliss Kuntuzangpo. The title is called "Essence of the Sun," composed by the supreme vehicle yogi Longchen Rabjam on the neck of the White Skull Snow Mountain. Completed at the place of Orgyen Dzong (Orgyen Dzong).
