Then, the mudras and rituals of the five families respectively. Supreme enlightenment is the left fist, with the right index finger or thumb raised. Subduing demons is the vajra palm facing down on the right knee. Supreme giving is turning it over. Samadhi is turning over the equanimity. Refuge giving is the left hand in equanimity, the right hand showing the palm outward from the heart. The coquettish woman is the fist resting on the waist. The rosary woman is the posture of wearing a rosary. The singing woman is raising the lute. The dancing woman is performing a vajra fist dance on the head. The other four are the same as the previous four, such as incense. The four gate goddesses are also the same as before. Others have no mudras, so they are the common and uncommon rituals of the five families. Summoning consciousness is the left index finger and right little finger connected from the vajra fist, and the index finger is bent like an iron hook. Shodha, which is purifying sins, is the vajra fist making a lotus rotation. Assimilation is the four gate goddesses. Sarva papam vishodhani (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्वपापंविशोधनि, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva pāpaṃ viśodhani, Literal Chinese meaning: all sins purified) is the vajra interlocked, the two middle fingers together, the four ends touching each other, making it pleasing. Vajra bandha tratathala (Tibetan, Devanagari: वज्रबन्ध त्रटथाला, Romanized Sanskrit: vajrabandha traṭathālā, Literal Chinese meaning: vajra bond released). Om sarva vid vajra adhi (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं सर्व विद् वज्र अधि, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ sarva vid vajra adhi, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, know, vajra, increase) etc., visualize touching the top of the head etc. with the vajra fist. Om vajra jvala (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं वज्र ज्वाल, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra jvāla, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, vajra, flame) etc., with fingers back to back, like a flame burning. Torma is the thumb and ring finger placed three times, and then circling the deity. Burning is taking sesame or white mustard with the thumb and index finger, like taking it out from the deity's nostrils, and then crossing and throwing it into the fire and water on the left and right. Sprinkling sand is gently sprinkling a little with the right hand. Bathing is washing the mirror surface in the first nights, and finally washing the nameplate with oil applied. Saying auspicious words is taking water from the vase with the tip of the kusha grass and sprinkling it on the deity at the intervals of the verses. Earth is sprinkling earth on the nameplate. Water is with water. Fire is doing some local things with fire. Wind is with a fan. Worship is holding the tablet etc. with a child etc. and offering it. Mandala is placing one each in the center and four directions, a total of five piles, and then offering. At the time of entry and empowerment, visualize that the deceased is there, and also empower the deity.

Sprinkle and wash with perfume and water from the vase. During the thanksgiving, perform the previous mudras. That is, the body is visualized as the deity, so perform the mudras. The speech is visualized as mantra, so recite the mantras. The mind is visualized as samadhi, so act according to the respective occasions. In particular, think of the offering goddess to whom the offering falls, from the heart and hands rays of light emanate, from the tip of the light, countless offering goddesses emanate, and think of offering to the lama and the mandala deities. Then, when asking for forgiveness, hold a handful of flowers. When dedicating, join the palms at the heart. When auspicious, scatter flowers and play music, reciting at the intervals of each verse. When inviting blessings, play the music loudly. Writing the nameplate is: At the top write Oṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,meaning: perfection), Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: subjugation), Trāṃ(藏文,梵文天城体不确定,梵文罗马拟音:trāṃ,meaning: salvation), Hrīḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,meaning: compassion), Āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,meaning: arising). Homage to all the root and lineage lamas residing in the ten directions and three times, and all the peaceful and wrathful deities with their retinues. After writing these, at the end, without touching a finger's width, write: So-and-so, name and surname, who passed away from this world to the other, prostrates and takes refuge. Please purify sins, please show the path, please liberate from the dangerous path of the bardo, please bless to quickly realize perfect enlightenment. On the back of the writing, write Nṛ(藏文,梵文天城体不确定,梵文罗马拟音:nṛ,meaning: seed syllable of human) in the heart of the drawn image, attach an arrow to the man and a thread to the woman, and insert the fragrant cloth into one corner of the mandala. When burning the paper, wrap the lungs with a cloth and put it in the tsatsa, put the ashes and pigments together in the clay, and sprinkle tsatsa. On the last night, bless a lot of food with Oṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,meaning: perfection), Āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,meaning: arising), Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: subjugation) into the five desirable objects, and offer them to all directions and times together with clothes and shoes, or just praise them with melodies such as Vajra songs. The fragrant cloth is untied. Here, there is no other food offering, so it is not done. All the masters and disciples are united in mantra, mudra, and samadhi, and recite together in one voice as the ritual proceeds. In this way, the samadhi is clear and without omissions, so it is pleasing to everyone. Thus, the essence of the four mudra offerings, in the garden of the snowy mountain's precious enclosure, the stainless light, I, well.
