The Touch Mudra is formed by touching the tips of the thumb, index, and middle fingers, while raising the little finger, symbolizing the offering of clothes. Among the Eight Offering Goddesses: Lasya is when two vajra fists are placed on the waist, leaning slightly to the left. Mala is when two vajra palms move from the inside downwards, as if hanging garlands. Ghirti is in the posture of raising a lute. Narti is the posture of dancing with two vajra fists on the head. Dhupe is when the palms are joined, with the knuckles interlaced, like an incense burner. Pushpe is the posture of scattering flowers. Aloke is when the two thumbs are raised like lamps with vajra fists. Gandhe is the posture of the conch previously shown. In that, chanting "Om" (藏文:ཨཱོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) in a long tone, in the elaborate style, each of the eight goddesses has verses before and after, and mantras such as Sattva Su Sangkahala are recited. In the medium style, the four outer goddesses do it once each, and the four inner goddesses do it once or twice each. In the concise style, it is done with one set of mudras. The consort of the body is: the palms facing outwards from the heart, like a mirror. The speech is like beating a round drum, with the left hand slightly upwards and the fingers of the right hand waving. The mind is like raising a lute, with the thumb of the left hand raised upwards, pressing down the middle and ring fingers, and extending the index and little fingers. The right hand does the same, and then raises it. The merit is like blowing a flute, with the mudra performed near the mouth. The activity is when the mudra is shown outwards from the heart, like alternately beating a drum. Amrita is when the thumb and index finger of the left hand are joined, with the other fingers extended and the mouth facing upwards, like a conch or skull cup, and the thumb and ring finger of the right hand take it and scatter it upwards. Embracing is: the vajra fists are shaken and crossed at the heart. The unsurpassed great bliss mahamudra offering is: symbolizing the formless sky, the lotus is turned widely. Here, during the praise, the pauses of the vajra bell, every two verses, are performed with the common and uncommon mudras of the five families. That is, turning the lotus, raising the vajra, ringing the bell, and the right vajra palm turns from the inside outwards, and from the outside inwards, shaking slightly horizontally and raising upwards. The melody is at each bend
