The four increasing appearances arise, but there is no clinging to them, so liberation is attained. Here, for the yogi, although the wind and mind gather in the channels of samsara and nirvana, there is no rejection or establishment. By transforming the way of seeing and the perspective, and abiding without conceptualizing anything, one is liberated from those appearances. Such a yogi who has meditated in this way, at all times of day and night, outwardly, from the clear light of appearances, inwardly, the clear light of emptiness arises, means and wisdom, dharmadhatu and awareness are inseparable. From the appearance of the clear light of outer means, the appearance of the clear light of inner wisdom, the view that is without limit or bias. The meditation of naturally pure self-illumination, the conduct of the spontaneous liberation of the six aggregates, the fruit without hope or fear, spontaneously accomplished, arises. Although various light phenomena appear, the purity of the nature of dharmadhatu, arising as a miraculous display of unbornness, is: How appearances are like a moon in water, from the unborn, all is born, the moment of birth is unborn, birth and non-birth are equal, various appearances are free from elaboration, the nature of non-duality transcends limits, the intention of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri is reached. Thus, all phenomena appear but have no inherent nature, like reflections. Introducing the awareness of a yogi who understands this: Self-awareness is uninterrupted, clearly and brightly illuminating, Samantabhadra. Clear and without clinging, the emptiness is clear, this is the intention of Samantabhadri. At that time, clear light without clinging, in the state of the four lamps, the twenty-five great qualities are also perfected. The clinging to the senses, such as the eyes, is reversed, so there is no conceptualization. The clinging to the aggregates, such as form, is reversed, so the wombs of the six realms are emptied. The clinging to external objects is reversed, so it is pacified in non-duality. The substance of mind is abandoned, self-liberated, the arising feelings of mind abide in their place, so ego-clinging is pacified. The appearance of gathered feelings is recognized as self-appearance, so it is self-awareness. Awareness is captured in the prison of dharmata, so samsara is purified. The root of deluded self-continuum is cut off, so self-light is recognized. One gradually liberates the six realms, so the precipice of the six realms is cut off. One emerges from the pit of samsara, so one does not return. Phenomena fall downwards, so one realizes the valid cognition of the meaning of dharmata. The source of the corpse is abandoned, so one obtains the body of wisdom. The chain of clinging is broken, so habitual tendencies are self-purified. The lineage is entrusted to A

Abiding in the Dharmadhatu. Seeing the five lights as the mudra of the deities, awareness is self-luminous. Reversing the view and meditation of the mind, one obtains the immaculate Dharmakaya of pure, all-illuminating light. Cutting through the ground and path simultaneously, effort is naturally at ease. Severing the root of the view that clings to the mind, one is free from pride. Perfecting the three kayas on the path, confusion is purified from the very beginning. Manifestations arise as they are, realization becomes manifest. Cutting through the attachment to the enemy, one vanquishes the fear of the four maras. Resting on the ground of great contemplation, one is free from all objects of focus. Cutting through the manifest attachment of hoping to become a Buddha from the outside, hope and fear are naturally liberated. Activities are perfected, benefiting beings is spontaneously accomplished. The prince rests on the great earth, the Dharmadhatu is inexhaustible. Thus, the qualities spoken of after liberation from bondage are attained by one yogi now, therefore liberation is here. For a person who is accustomed to this, Samadhi and clairvoyance, and, eyes and miraculous powers, etc., arise. Thus, when abiding in the clear light day and night, being free from all mind, intellect, and consciousness, the great Samadhi of the continuous clear light arises. From this, clairvoyance such as knowing the minds of others arises, and divine eyes such as clearly seeing Jambudvipa (Earth) etc. from the meditation room, and miraculous powers such as transforming into various bodies and walking in the sky, and other immeasurable qualities arise. This is the instruction for familiarization in this life. Secondly, the clear light of the bardo: The elements gradually dissolve, when space dissolves into clear light, in the realm of space, the appearances of the five lights arise in various ways, between self-awareness, five rays of light stand like stretched ropes, therefore recognizing the wisdom of awareness as self-appearance is: The intention of Samantabhadra Father (Tibetan: ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ་ཡབ་ཀྱྀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: समन्तभद्र पितृ, Sanskrit Romanization: Samantabhadra pitṛ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Universal Good Father). Self-appearance is recognized as the five lights appearing in oneself, but without clinging to the light, resting loosely without attachment is: The intention of Samantabhadri Mother (Tibetan: ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་མོའི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: समन्तभद्री, Sanskrit Romanization: Samantabhadrī, Literal Chinese Meaning: Universal Good Mother). Also, in the first instant, one recognizes oneself through the intention of the Father. Secondly, one abides in non-dual Samadhi through the intention of the Mother. Thirdly, dissolving into the spontaneously accomplished jewel of inner clarity in the primordial ground is called the passing away of the Buddhas. Now, repeatedly practicing in the clear light of appearance, is the most important key point. Do not be intoxicated by it.
