敬礼！当遗体被火焰燃烧时，五光的景象遍布天空，所有众生都安住于无分别的禅定之中，我对遍布奇妙景象者恭敬顶礼。那时，天空中响起悦耳的声音，烟云顶端显现光芒，天空的界限变得清晰，尤其西方更加明亮，我对极度摇动众生之意者恭敬顶礼。从增盛方便的遗体中，头盖骨变成光芒四射的坛城，在自生五光的境界中圆满安住，我对成为奇妙之所依者恭敬顶礼。即使建造安放碎小舍利的佛塔，五光的伞盖和幡幢也极为殊胜，在天空的界限中因景象而美丽，我对成为福德田者恭敬顶礼。圣者们的行为是不可思议的，存在多久就利益安乐多久，这无量伟大的行为，超越了“就是这样”的思虑范畴。有时示现逝世，有时示现诞生，有时处于等持，有时清净刹土，有时成办利益，有时调伏魔众，从法界中不移动，化身 непрерывно. 因此，我们这些有意义的众生，必定从此地的轮回迅速被他的慈悲引导至寂静的森林边缘，因此无时无刻恭敬祈祷。只要与这位圣者结缘，仅仅听到他的声音或见到他的面容的众生，都能断除恶趣，获得解脱道和菩提，等等功德无法用言语穷尽。我对包括天神在内的众生的信仰导师上师，身语意全部恭敬顶礼，以无边无际的虚空，以禅定的云团，充满显现，作无上供云。祈请以慈悲的光芒，消除我身语意的一切罪恶。祈请以智慧之水，平息所有业和烦恼的火焰。从现在直至证得菩提果，请您以解脱的慈悲伸出援手，愿轮回和恶趣的痛苦不再发生，并祈请从下乘中救护。愿能恒常依止殊胜的善知识，圆满光明智慧的地和道，获得菩提寂静的果位。愿我们无论生于何处。

I prostrate! When the relics were ablaze with fire, the sight of five lights pervaded the sky, and all beings abided in non-conceptual samadhi. I prostrate with reverence to the one who pervades with wondrous sights. At that time, a melodious sound resounded in the sky, and a cluster of rays shone on the top of the smoke cloud, the expanse of the sky became clear, especially the west was bright. I prostrate with reverence to the one who greatly moves the minds of beings. From the relics that increased the means, the skull became a radiant mandala, perfectly abiding in the realm of self-arisen five lights. I prostrate with reverence to the one who has become a wondrous support. Even when building stupas to enshrine the small relics, the umbrellas and banners of five lights are supremely excellent, beautiful with sights in the expanse of the sky. I prostrate with reverence to the one who has become a field of merit. The conduct of the holy ones is inconceivable, benefiting and bringing happiness as long as existence lasts. This immeasurable great conduct is beyond the realm of thinking "it is like this." Sometimes they show passing away, sometimes they show birth, sometimes they are in equipoise, sometimes they purify the fields, sometimes they accomplish benefits, sometimes they subdue the maras, without moving from the dharmadhatu, emanations are непрерывно. Therefore, we meaningful beings will surely be quickly led by his compassion from this place of samsara to the edge of the peaceful forest, therefore we pray with reverence at all times. As long as one has a connection with this holy one, beings who merely hear his voice or see his face can cut off the evil destinies, attain the path of liberation and bodhi, and so on, the merits cannot be exhausted by words. To the guru, the leader of faith for beings including the gods, I prostrate with reverence with body, speech, and mind completely, with the boundless sky, with the clouds of samadhi, filling the manifestation, I make the supreme offering cloud. Please, with the rays of compassion, eliminate all the sins of my body, speech, and mind. Please, with the water of wisdom, pacify all the fires of karma and afflictions. From now until reaching the essence of bodhi, please extend your hand with the compassion of liberation, may the suffering of samsara and evil destinies not arise, and please protect from the lower vehicle. May we always rely on the excellent spiritual friend, and having perfected the ground and path of clear light wisdom, may we attain the peaceful state of bodhi. Wherever we are born in all ways.

By the single conduct of inseparable from you, may the vast activities for the benefit of others be accomplished! With the supreme and long eyes of compassion, please always look upon us, purify all faults, and spontaneously accomplish all nine kinds of goodness, may all wishes be fulfilled! Please be the refuge and protector, be the helper and friend, please be the protector and spiritual friend and earth-knower! Please light the lamp of clear light of wisdom! Please bless us without separation! Thus, with the force of longing from my devoted mind, I pray with great reverence, may this virtue enable me and all beings to attain the state of immortality and freedom from sorrow. When the venerable Guru Kumārarāja passed away completely into nirvāṇa, the chapter of praying with a grieving heart and lamenting sounds, called Thousand-Petaled Lotus. This was composed by the omniscient Lord of Speech, who has unwavering faith in the venerable Guru and has well-trained wisdom arising from hearing, contemplating, and meditating on the great scriptures of the Sugata, is now complete.
