请垂听我这恶劣之子的哀鸣！ 以您身语意三密的智慧化现之舞， 请您成为引导一切众生趋向解脱道的导师！ 您虽于久远劫前已成佛陀， 然以大愿力，仍示现菩萨之行。 您以大悲垂视，从不懈怠， 然我等恶业深重者，却匮乏信心之财。 仅凭如流星般短暂的信心， 寄托希望，以悲切之心祈祷。 请以您救度下劣者的坚定誓愿， 将我的心意转入正道！ 暇满难得，生命短暂无闲暇， 佛法难遇，修法多障碍， 若现在不以慈悲摄受， 未来连生起善念都难。 从无始以来，于轮回的洪流中， 不由自主地被业力牵引至今， 无间断地恒常致力于罪恶之业， 必将在无解脱的地狱中感受痛苦。 杀生、不予取、邪淫， 对众生施以殴打，展示不悦之色， 身之门所造的一切罪业， 我从内心深处忏悔，祈请圣者令其清净！ 妄语、离间语、恶语， 因绮语而阻碍佛法， 语之门所造的一切罪业， 我从内心深处忏悔，祈请圣者令其清净！ 贪心、害心、邪见， 颠倒善恶，说颠倒之语，行颠倒之事等， 意之门所造的一切罪业， 我从内心深处忏悔，祈请圣者令其清净！ 别解脱戒仅执著名相和袈裟， 虽见痛苦，却难以生起出离心， 违犯所立之戒的一切罪过， 我从内心深处忏悔，祈请圣者令其清净！ 菩萨学处仅成无意义的誓言， 即使杀死母亲，也难以生起慈悲心， 违犯所立之戒的一切罪过， 我从内心深处忏悔，祈请圣者令其清净！ 密咒誓言仅视为口头重复， 即使见到佛陀，也难以生起清净观， 违犯所立之戒的一切罪过， 我从内心深处忏悔，祈请圣者令其清净！ 愿我等生生世世， 皆能得到您这位殊胜圣者的慈悲摄受，成为善知识， 不只期望表面的佛法形象， 能如法修行，成就利益众生之事！ 这是噶陀巴仁增措所作。

Please heed this lament of a wicked son! With the wisdom-emanated dance of your three secrets, May you be the guide leading all beings to the path of liberation! Although you have attained Buddhahood countless eons ago, Yet with great aspiration, you still uphold the conduct of a Bodhisattva. You gaze with great compassion, never wavering, Yet we, burdened by evil karma, are impoverished of the wealth of faith. Relying on faith as fleeting as a shooting star, I place my hopes and pray with heartfelt longing. With your steadfast vow to liberate the lowly, Please transform my mind onto the correct path! Precious human rebirth is difficult to obtain, life is short and without leisure, Encountering the Dharma is difficult, there are many obstacles to practice, If you do not embrace me with compassion now, It will be difficult to even generate a virtuous thought in the future. From beginningless time, in the flood of samsara, Driven by karma, I have wandered until now, Constantly striving for unceasing sinful deeds, I will surely experience suffering in the inescapable hells. Taking life, stealing what is not given, and engaging in misconduct, Striking beings, displaying unkind expressions, All the sins accumulated through the door of the body, I confess from the depths of my heart, may the Noble One purify them! Lying, slandering, and speaking harsh words, Obstructing the Dharma due to idle talk, All the sins accumulated through the door of speech, I confess from the depths of my heart, may the Noble One purify them! Greed, malice, and wrong views, Speaking and acting in a way that reverses good and evil, All the sins accumulated through the door of the mind, I confess from the depths of my heart, may the Noble One purify them! Holding onto the Pratimoksha vows only in name and robe, Although seeing suffering, it is difficult to generate renunciation, All the transgressions against the established vows, I confess from the depths of my heart, may the Noble One purify them! The Bodhisattva vows become mere empty promises, Even if killing my own mother, it is difficult to generate compassion, All the transgressions against the established vows, I confess from the depths of my heart, may the Noble One purify them! Secret mantra vows are regarded as mere repetitions, Even when seeing the Buddha, it is difficult to generate pure perception, All the transgressions against the established vows, I confess from the depths of my heart, may the Noble One purify them! May I and all beings in all our lives, Be embraced by you, the supreme Noble One, as a virtuous friend, Not only expecting the mere appearance of Dharma, May we practice according to the Dharma and accomplish the benefit of beings!
