༈ 慈悲之主千手千眼之修法，如根拔除轮回之根本，乃智慧甘露之精华。 ༈ 慈悲之主千手千眼之修法，如根拔除轮回之根本，乃智慧甘露之精华。 那摩 洛给夏哇Ra雅（藏文：ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀཻ་ཤྭ་ར་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो लोकेश्वराय，梵文罗马拟音：namo lokeśvarāya，汉语字面意思：顶礼世自在）。 出离心与菩提心， 自他安置于恒乐， 具足善缘之士夫， 传授慈悲主之修法。 首先皈依与发心： 那摩！ 具足智慧之光荣，具备慈悲之力量， 我与诸佛菩萨众皈依。 为令众生安置于无上佛陀之果位， 我发无上殊胜菩提心。 念诵三遍。 积累资粮： 嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུཾ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽）。 真实供养与意幻供，无量供品作奉献。 顶礼忏悔无始所积之罪堕， 随喜善根不入于涅槃， 劝请转法轮，善根回向于众生。 生起本尊： 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）。 轮回涅槃诸法皆为空性， 自生慈悲周遍一切处。 自性之本体，从当（藏文：ཏཱྂཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）字生。 光明照耀，外器内情成乐土。 其中央，莲花月垫之上， 自己刹那忆圆满， 观世音自在度母母。 白色明亮一面二手尊， 右手施予印，左手则， 三宝印玺严饰于心间， 大悲智慧七眼无碍观， 无碍照见众生之苦乐。 头饰耳环与颈饰， 以及种种衣饰庄严身。 娇美菩萨之装束， 双足金刚跏趺而安住。 前方虚空莲花月轮上， 慈悲之主观世音菩萨， 身色洁白如少年之形， 十一面之根本面为白色， 右绿左红，其上方， 中央绿色右红色左白色， 其上中央红色右白色， 左绿色，彼等皆寂静而微笑。 其上忿怒黑色之面容， 三眼獠牙现，忿怒皱眉相。 其上无量光佛寂静之态， 红色无饰具顶髻。 根本八臂，最初双手， 于心间合掌，右边第二手， 持念珠，第三施予印， 第四手持法轮， 左手第二持莲花， 第三持军持，第四手， 持弓箭

Namo Lokeshvaraya (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀཻ་ཤྭ་ར་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो लोकेश्वराय, Sanskrit Romanization: namo lokeśvarāya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the World Sovereign). With renunciation and the supreme bodhicitta, Placing self and others in lasting bliss, To the fortunate individuals, The method of accomplishing the Lord of Compassion is taught. First, taking refuge and generating the mind: Namo! Possessing the glory of wisdom, endowed with the power of compassion, I and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas take refuge. In order to place all beings in the unsurpassed state of Buddhahood, I generate the supreme and excellent bodhicitta. Recite three times. Accumulating merit: Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུཾ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum). Actual offerings and mind-created offerings, immeasurable offerings are presented. I prostrate and confess the sins accumulated since beginningless time, I rejoice in virtue and do not enter into nirvana, I urge the turning of the Dharma wheel, and dedicate the merit to all beings. Generating the deity: Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih). All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are emptiness, Self-arisen compassion pervades everywhere. Light radiates, the outer world and inner beings become a land of great bliss. With great love and wisdom, seven eyes without obstruction, Unobstructed seeing the happiness and suffering of beings. Head ornaments, earrings, and necklaces, And various garments adorn the body. In the graceful attire of a Bodhisattva maiden, With both legs in the vajra posture. In the space in front, on a lotus and moon disc, Chenrezig, the Lord of Compassion, His body white, in the form of a youth, The root face of the eleven faces is white, The right is green, the left is red, above that, The center is green, the right is red, the left is white, Above that, the center is red, the right is white, The left is green, all of them are peaceful and smiling. Above that, the wrathful black face, With three eyes, bared fangs, and a wrathful frown. Above that, Amitabha in a peaceful state, Red, unadorned, possessing a crown protuberance. The eight root arms, the first two hands, Are joined at the heart, the second right hand, Holds a rosary, the third makes the gesture of generosity, The fourth holds a wheel. The second left hand holds a lotus, The third holds a vase, the fourth hand, Holds a bow and arrow.
