The activity mantra is: accompanied by the iron hook mudra, all targets are "Vaśam kuru hoḥ" (藏文：ཝ་ཤང་ཀུ་རུ་ཧོཿ). The fierce activity is: from the Hayagriva in the heart, emanate a host of wrathful burning deities, urging them to engage in non-virtuous actions, completely destroying the harm of the four maras. In particular, visualize that all the evil spirits and oath-breakers who incite disputes and wars by kings, ministers, consorts, generals, etc., are completely destroyed by the activities of summoning, expelling, and liberating. om hyagrīva hūṃ phaṭ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧྱ་གྷྲི་ཝ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：ओṃ ह्यग्रीव हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hyagrīva hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：om hyagrīva hūṃ phaṭ) This is the deity mantra. The activity mantra is: accompanied by the one-pointed vajra mudra, the harming spirits, "Māraya phaṭ" (藏文：མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊཿ). If there is a phurba, strike it three times on the syllable "hūṃ." Furthermore, it is also good to perform the activities of summoning, controlling, and killing. By reciting in this way, the unfavorable planets will be harmonized, the disputes of lamas, sanghas, and monasteries will be pacified, and the disagreements between kings, ministers, and consorts will be turned towards harmony, eliminating wars and conflicts caused by spirits. In particular, with the intense anger in the heart, one's own mind will be calmed, anger will gradually subside, one will obtain an indestructible armor of patience, Tara will always protect one in all lifetimes, and one will gain control over the eight classes of gods and nagas and the protectors of the directions, and all the purposes of this life and the next will be accomplished as desired. Samaya. At the end of the session, offer various offerings and pray earnestly: Homage to the king of the assembly of gods, revered by gods, humans, and non-humans, adorned with joyful and majestic armor, pacifying disputes and bad dreams. Pray diligently with body, speech, and mind, and finally dedicate the merits: Hoḥ! By this great ocean of nectar of merit, may the suffering and heat of limitless beings be eliminated, may the seedling of bodhicitta be moistened, and may the fruit of union ripen quickly. Dedicate and pray diligently in this way. It is said that in the past, many signs of being protected by the Holy Tara have been obtained, so this ritual is certainly of supreme blessing. Briefly speaking, when I was thirty-two years old, in the Earth-Hen year, to pacify the war between the two Mon countries, the venerable Tara appeared in the form of a sambhogakaya.

In the Iron Horse year, I was punished by the Tibetan government for some reason, and in order to pacify this, all the servants immediately completed a million Tara praises. In a dream, a slightly angry Holy Tara gave me an iron peg and a small Tara scripture. On the fifteenth day of the middle autumn month of the same year, during the offering to the self-arisen Tara of Drak Yerpa (Khra 'brug), a non-human dakini manifested as the daughter of a fisherman, handed me a scripture of the Tara tantra, and placed her own inner garment on my head, saying three times, "Eliminate disputes and bad dreams." Soon, the government's punishment and other things became as unreal as a dream. Later, when the venerable one, as the representative of Avalokiteśvara, the lord of the snowy land, went to the land of Mar yul Ladakh (Ladakh) for a peace treaty, in order to pacify the fact that the family of the Ladakhi king and ministers were disturbed by the border Chinese demons and monsters, causing many unfounded rumors, many rituals were performed. In particular, when I turned fifty-six years old, on the twenty-fifth day of the auspicious month of the Water Bird year, a Ladakhi girl offered a garland of blue flowers, and as a result, I remembered the kindness of the Holy Tara, and when I prayed intensely, the ordinary appearance transformed into the actual appearance of the Holy Tara, and because the Holy Mother's aspiration had not passed, this Tara sadhana appeared like the buzzing of bees, and Kathok Rigpa Dzinpa Tsewang Norbu immediately clearly recorded it at Maru, one of the twenty-four holy places. If practiced in such secrecy, all disputes such as war, house disputes, power struggles, slander, etc., will be pacified, and the enlightened activities of pacifying all disputes will be accomplished.
