于湖泊之中，殊胜逝者加持星光闪耀， 以其发心誓愿力之加持， 莲花生大士君臣之， 地伏藏无与伦比意之伏藏， 全部开启之权亦得。 于布楚伏藏之湖泊中， 以镇压威力金刚橛之符文， 空行以神变之手印， 开启了教言密意之秘密。 萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：三昧耶，samaya，samaya，誓言）。 何时末法时期， 于大鹏鸟飞翔之山旁， 天族之虎年， 持有权或珍宝之名者， 苦行成就勇士之身相， 具有成就之常相自然者， 将与空行眷属一同出现。 彼时有心之五子和， 近八子及四大旗， 二十五位具名之明妃和， 一百零八位金刚持， 六十万与法结缘者， 以实物和誓物之轮， 引导相续之所化， 将有一亿多众获得解脱。 五大成就者以预言赞叹， 五大上师以教敕劝勉， 五大人士于足下顶礼， 五空行开启伏藏之门。 那时此法出现之时， 伏藏修法供奉圆满送达和， 若能内外缘起和合， 传承成就者遍满大地。 若未能如是和合， 且学子之誓言已失坏， 一位大士和瑜伽母， 一些人将于此生断绝。 三代和七代之时， 再次以先前之愿力， 具缘士夫将弘扬此法。 利生于尼泊尔、西藏南部和， 汉地黑白及蒙古等， 于不定之处，教法兴盛。 何人修持念诵此法， 莲师将赐予加持成就， 秘密真言之教法， 愿其兴盛，助益啊！ 此心髓修法和， 广大事业续三部， 一百零一种事业差别， 以及生圆次第要诀之明灯， 能消除西藏之冲突和， 遣除具缘者之障碍和， 获得一生即成就之伏藏， 于金刚岩洞中会合。 于心之匣中，萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：三昧耶，samaya，samaya，誓言）。 愿莲师之传承兴盛！ 于布楚之岩洞中封印伏藏， 交付于具缘者， 秘密于破誓之众， 以独传令其兴盛，当扎（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：扎，dza，dza，）。 护法母曜和水晶之子。

In the lake, the blessings of the Sugatas shine like stars, Through the power of their aspiration and entrusted seal, The Lotus-born King and subjects, The earth treasure, the incomparable treasure of intention, May the power to reveal them all be attained. From the lake of the treasure of Buchu, In the symbolic script of the subjugating Vajrakila, With the magical hand of the Dakinis, The secret of the command and intention is revealed. When the end of times comes, Near the mountain where the great Garuda soars, In the year of the Tiger of the divine lineage, The one who holds the name of power or jewel, The ascetic, accomplished, in the form of a hero, With the naturally arising marks of accomplishment, Will appear with a retinue of Dakinis. Then, the five heart-sons and, The eight close sons and the four great banners, The twenty-five named consorts and, The one hundred and eight Vajra-holders, The six hundred thousand connected by Dharma, Through the wheel of substances and samaya, The beings to be guided through the lineage, More than one hundred million will be led to liberation. The five great accomplished ones praise with prophecy, The five great lamas urge with command, The five great people bow at the feet, The five Dakinis open the treasure door. At that time, when this Dharma emerges, And the treasure practice is delivered with perfect support, If the outer and inner connections can be aligned, The lineage holders and accomplished ones will fill the earth. If it is not aligned in this way, And the student's vows are broken, One great being and a yogini, Some will settle permanently in this life. In the time of three and seven generations, Again, through the aspiration of the past, A fortunate person will spread this Dharma. Benefiting beings in Nepal, Tibet, and the southern regions, And in the black and white lands of China, and Mongolia, etc., In uncertain places, the teachings will flourish. For the person who practices recitation and accomplishment, The Guru will bestow blessings and siddhis, May the secret mantra teachings, Increase and be of assistance, Emaho! This essence practice and, The three great tantras of extensive activity, The one hundred and one distinctions of actions, And the lamp of essential generation and completion stages, Will pacify conflicts in Tibet and, Remove obstacles for the fortunate and, A treasure for attaining accomplishment in one lifetime, Will meet in the Vajra rock cave. This has the complete pith instructions of the Kagyu, earth treasure, and mind treasure, so spread it through a single lineage, Samaya! Also, from the cycle of the Profoundly Secret Upadesha, the ritual of the pith instructions that combines the Great Glorious Yangdak Heruka and the Great Wrathful Vajrakila into one, is called the Wheel of Accomplishment that Subdues Demons.
