The compassion of the Buddhas, all the essence of the stable and moving, like iron filings adhering to a magnet, is entirely drawn by the tip of the light's iron hook and dissolves into the mantra garland of one's own heart, contemplating that one has gained control. Again, especially visualize the light as before, and strike the heart of the male and the reproductive organ of the female with the iron hook of light, transforming their minds and making them attached to oneself. Visualize that their essence, the white and red bindus of the male and female respectively, dissolve into the color of one's own heart, thereby gaining control. After reciting the mantra, sprinkle it on mustard oil, or after reciting the mantra, bless red-colored food, and control will be gained. If you want to bring harmony to those who are discordant, visualize yourself as Tara, and from the mantra garland in your heart, red rays of light emanate, striking the white essence in the heart of the other person, in the nature of light, residing the syllable Nṛ (藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：人). Pacify their strong arrogance and harshness, and fill them with loving-kindness. Visualize that essence transforming into exactly what Jetsun Tara herself meditates on, complete and flawless.
