Khorsala! All external and internal contents of the vessel and essence, are completely gathered into the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) also disappears like a rainbow, unobservable. Then, one's own being is clear as a deity. The extremes of permanence and annihilation are clear. This is the method of using the subsequent yoga as a path. Third, the moon in the mandala of mind, the nature of reality, and bodhicitta: Again, in "Tig Che Drön," it says, "When taking the essence of Padmasambhava's heart: The key to the body is to straighten the posture in equipoise; the key to the channels is to look straight with both eyes; the key to the wind is to restrain the upper and lower winds; the key to awareness is to leave it uncorrected and relaxed." As it is said, the very foundation of practice is the seven-point posture of Vairochana. Eyes looking straight, half-covered and half-gazing, the breath flowing naturally through the nostrils, the intermediate wind bound, the mind free from the three concepts, beyond bondage and liberation, abiding in the essence of self-awareness, clear and empty, indivisible. Moreover, Guru Padmasambhava's essence of the heart of space: Thus, whatever arises as an object of mind, whatever thoughts of the five poisons arise, do not correct them with anticipation or subsequent analysis; by leaving the movement in its own place, it is liberated into the Dharmakaya. And so on. The ultimate key to practice is: Outwardly, the appearance of objects is purified; inwardly, the nature of the mind that grasps is liberated; in between, the clear light knows its own face; by the compassion of the Sugatas of the three times, may the self-continuum of beings like me be blessed to be liberated. The meaning of this is to always strive to meditate as instructed by the Lama's oral instructions, and to be skilled in clearing obstacles and enhancing progress in practice. The root of this is to strengthen devotion to the Lama, to be certain that this alone generates strength, to maintain accurate mindfulness in all conduct, and to be seized by loving compassion for sentient beings who appear like illusions, is also very important. Thus, in the practice of the generation and completion stages, at the end of each session, dedicate the merit of practicing the path to great enlightenment, and seal it with excellent aspirations, whether elaborate or concise, without interruption. Furthermore, the yoga of walking, sitting, eating, sleeping, and rising should be practiced as common Dharma practice, and if possible, one should also offer a feast of the assembly wheel as much as possible. Here it is said: One mudra and one syllable, one awareness in essence, the complete body, speech, and mind of the Sugatas, merge into one without separation.

Lawa is completely vast! The essence of self-born, self-arisen wisdom. This practice of the mind is extremely rare! Its sadhana has extensive, intermediate, and concise versions. Although many have been composed by holy beings, in this path, due to my own attainment of respect and the excellent encouragement of other fortunate ones, I have well-collected the essential meaning of daily yoga practice from the treasure text's Vajra words. By this virtuous deed, may all sentient beings, mothers pervading the sky, through the power of this merit, all enter into such a supreme path, and may they quickly attain the state of the unsurpassed Lama! Thus, from the Northern Treasure Mind Practice of Fierce Force, which is the essence of Guru, the assembled Sugatas, from the self-born, self-arisen meaning of activity, a collection of daily practice sadhana, called the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. This was completed by the Vidyadhara Tsewang Norbu in the Fire Tiger year (uncertain) on the second day of the waxing moon of the Black Month, during the early session at the great Guru site of Zhongpa Lhachu in Upper Tolung (present-day Doilungdêqên District, Lhasa). May it be auspicious! Sarva Mangalam (藏文,梵文天城体:सर्व मङ्गलम्,梵文罗马拟音:Sarva Mangalam,汉语字面意思:All auspiciousness!). Bhavantu (藏文,梵文天城体:भवन्तु,梵文罗马拟音:Bhavantu,汉语字面意思:May it be!). Good!
