Pray! In these places, pray for blessings. Recite "Pray" in whatever way is convenient. Thus, these prayers are from the lineage of the words of the Bhagavan Vajradhara to the great accomplished masters of the lineage-holding lamas. Because they are not mixed with the fabrications and elaborations of ordinary beings, they are the most powerful in representing blessings. Therefore, it is very important to practice them regularly through contemplation and recitation, and they are very precious teachings. Also, when praying, do not just follow the words, but make sure that the awareness is thorough. The prayer can be loud or soft, and sometimes it can be recited silently in the mind, etc. It should be practiced as yoga with great diligence. Sometimes, if you know and like it, you can also recite the prayers of the root lineage lamas that appear elsewhere. In the intervals of the prayers, recite: Father Lama, Father Lama, Father Lama, you know. I pray to the kind root Lama. In this way, with devotion and longing, vibrate in the heart, and then relax in that state. In this way, maintain the essence of the session through devotion and prayer alone. At the end of the session, recite three times the key instructions of "khug pa dbang gi man ngag" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning). The Lama transforms into light and dissolves into oneself, merging with oneself without duality. In this state, let go of the conceptual thoughts of the three poisons and rest relaxed. Furthermore, at this time, one should enter into whatever practice one is doing, and at the end, perform the subsequent stages. Then, the third common point is the subsequent stages, which are divided into three parts. The first is: May all sentient beings have happiness! May all sentient beings be free from suffering! May they reach the path of enlightenment! May they accomplish that path! I will liberate those who have not been liberated! I will free those who have not been freed! May the tantras of yoga remain in the world now! In this way, make aspirations. The second is: May the Lama Yidam, who is perfect in all good qualities, be auspicious! May the Dakinis and Dharma Protectors, who accomplish all activities, be auspicious! In this way, say auspicious words. The third is: All the accumulated merits, I do not cling to them as my own, For the benefit of all sentient beings, I dedicate them to the supreme Dharmadhatu. In this way, after dedicating the merits to enlightenment, one begins to act. If you know these, recite the aspiration prayers and auspicious

Sa. Likewise, one should do one's best at the appropriate times for the dedications known as sealed. Furthermore, when impermanence and death pierce the heart, cut off attachment to appearances. At the root of the path, pray to the lama with unwavering devotion, regarding the samaya as more precious than life. Never be separated from the mindfulness that all dharmas are like illusions, dreams, and bardos. Moreover, strive in the yoga of a continuous stream, transforming the blending path into the realm of the nine deities, the illusory body, clear light, self-arising self-liberation, and the Great Seal. Thus, one should not become a hypocrite to the teachings. For the ancient teachings, one should have the vigor of newness. With the wisdom and power to be able to apply it properly, this is the compassion of the lama, which has dawned on a being like me. By the virtue of doing this, may all beings obtain this excellent path of the definitive secret essence. Soon, on the fruition of Heruka, may the feast be expanded by excellent conduct! This is the common entrance to the four great instructions of the wisdom dakini Niguma's Golden Dharma. Since I have not seen an arrangement of practice recitation order that is unadulterated and makes you happy. In order to benefit those who enter this Dharma tradition, the yogi Pel Tshewang Norbu, who has the utmost respect for all Buddhist schools, wrote this at the age of nearly forty, on the auspicious day of the Descent from Heaven in the tenth month of the Fire Snake year (2013), at the sacred site of Kongpo (Kongyul), the treasure place of Guru Rinpoche, on Mount Rinchen Barwa. May it be virtuous! The entrance to the profound path of Niguma's Golden Dharma, the order of practice recitation, the opening of the door to the definitive secret heart essence.
