ཕང་གང་། །今生即能现证果，获得无边众生之殊胜怙主位。 这是将上师瑜伽日常念诵精要浓缩，应洛沃（Glo-bo，Mustang木斯塘)法王的忠臣，如法行事的千户长索南曲培(bSod-nams chos-'phel)之请，以生麦香擦巴(skye med zhang tshal pa)之口诀，听闻之义为重，由持明者才旺诺布(Tshe-dbang nor-bu)于洛沃(Glo-bo)边陲，门隅(Mon-yul)之一部分，石水自生火燃之地，名为木库塔克谢塔(Mukuta Kshetra)，如达吉云聚之殊胜处，于土鸟年木棍月五日之时，一次性说完，书写者为精通明藏续部之智者邬金钦列丹增华桑波(O-rgyan 'phrin-las bstan-'dzin dpal bzang-po)所作，善哉！善哉！ 上师瑜伽次第简要深奥。

Pang Gang. May I attain realization in this very life and obtain the supreme protector position of limitless beings. This is a condensed essence of the daily recitation of Guru Yoga. At the request of Tripon Sonam Chospel, a minister of the King of Lo (Glo-bo, Mustang) who acts in accordance with Dharma, relying primarily on the meaning heard from the instructions of Kyeme Zhang Tsalpa, Tshewang Norbu, a Vidyadhara, spoke it in one sitting on the fifth day of the Wood-Rabbit month in the Earth-Bird year, at the extraordinary place called Mukuta Kshetra, where fire naturally blazes from the stone water, a part of Mon-yul on the border of Lo (Glo-bo), a place where clouds gather like Dhagi. The scribe was the wise Orgyen Trinley Tenzin Palsangpo, who is skilled in the Agamas, Tantras, and Sections of the Treasury of Knowledge. May it be virtuous! May it be virtuous! A concise and profound summary of the stages of Guru Yoga.
