Therefore, I dedicate all virtuous deeds such as prostrations, offerings, confessions, rejoicing, exhortations, and supplications, for the sake of attaining the state of the glorious protector Lama. Among all the Buddhas of the three times, you are especially kind to me. Therefore, from now until the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Lama, the embodiment of all refuges. All sentient beings as vast as the sky are solely my kind parents. I generate the mind of enlightenment in order to establish them all in the state of the unsurpassed Lama. May I rely on the path you have traveled, which combines the views of the non-reading essence and the profound meaning of the Great Seal's reality with the radiant Vajra Essence. From this time until the essence of enlightenment, for as long as my lives and lifetimes last, without ever considering my body or life, may I always accomplish whatever pleases you, the protector. May I subdue with my power those beings who do not have faith in the Lama's body, speech, and mind, and may I quickly establish them in the supreme state with unwavering faith and devotion to you, the protector. Those who have faith and devotion to you, may they all increase in longevity, power, glory, and wealth. May their authority, power, and strength grow ever greater, and may they accomplish deeds for the sake of your teachings, O protector. One single act that pleases different Buddhas is sufficient. There is no other than the glorious Lama. Therefore, may I always offer my body, life, and possessions to the Lama in all my lifetimes. May my three doors always be engaged in the work that pleases the Lama, without laziness or contentment, always serving with reverence and constantly proclaiming the Lama's good name. In short, may I see all the Lama's actions as good, and may I always strive to please the Lama by accepting all the Lama's teachings without laziness or negligence, and without indulging in even the slightest bit of indulgence. May the oath-holders who keep their vows properly, and my conduct be united in one vow. May I instantly destroy the enemies who hate the Lama's body. May I treat the close retinue of the Lama's heart as the Lama himself, and may I always diligently undertake and accomplish whatever benefits them. 大米药物绸缎等等，以殊胜的财富供养上师吧！特别是，所有三世诸佛的，事业一时成办之方便是上师的，事业增上之外没有，因此我，上师的事业恒常广大增上吧！上师欢喜，即使无间地狱火的，劫波大海中焚烧也不厌倦，上师不欢喜，轮回涅槃的荣华财富一切，如不净物般长远舍弃吧！总之，根本上师圆满正等觉，欢喜的事业不间断，不欢喜刹那，乃至时间尽头，完全舍弃，从心底恭敬稳固吧！我连成佛的果位也不希求，菩萨圣者清净的大地，以上师的慈悲迅速获得之方式，愿做等虚空一切有情之利益！安住于清净地的菩萨何须说，如果我能成就圆满正等觉，怙主您身之庄严，愿我于头顶，作为种姓之主而庄严！如是，以对上师极度恭敬，三世恒时所发之愿，不欺如实，愿真实成就，祈请三宝三根本大海成办！ 如是，三世诸佛无余之身语意功德事业总集之自性大吉祥海生金刚无二无别者，顶严命之首昆桑莲生大乐洲之转世化身所有之顶礼祈请发愿等偈颂六十三，此乃上部阿里大雪山瑞斯（冈仁波齐）之西，朗钦藏布（象泉河）流域三区之崖区玛域（芒域，今阿里地区）之上瓦姆勒大乐能胜宫（瓦姆列寺）于绕迥十三胜生年之朵塘水鸟新现月（水鸟年藏历新年）之嘉月（藏历新年正月）初十之时，于一切至尊上师之眷属，从边地持明者采旺诺布·蒋扬嘉措，以增长一切吉祥，不退转之心，于心怀敬畏中书写，其未尽之部分，于该月之白方胜利第三日吉祥圆满完成。愿此善根，生生世世追随怙主之后。

May the great offerings of rice, medicine, silk, and so on, be made to the Lama with the wealth of high status! Especially, the means to accomplish all the activities of the Buddhas of the three times in one go is the Lama's. There is nothing other than increasing the Lama's activities, therefore, may I always increase the Lama's activities to the greatest extent! If the Lama is pleased, I will not be weary even if I am burned in the ocean of eons of the fire of the Avici hell. If the Lama is not pleased, may I abandon all the glory and wealth of samsara and nirvana like unclean substances! In short, may I never interrupt the actions that please the root Lama, the fully enlightened Buddha, and may I abandon even a moment of displeasure for as long as the end of time, and may I be steadfast in my respect from the bottom of my heart! I do not even wish for the state of Buddhahood. May I quickly attain the great land of the pure Bodhisattvas through the compassion of the Lama, and may I work for the benefit of all sentient beings as vast as space! What need is there to mention the Bodhisattvas who dwell in the pure lands? If I were to become a fully enlightened Buddha, may I adorn the crown of my head with the form of the protector, your body, as the lord of the lineage! Thus, by having great respect for the supreme Lama, may all the prayers I have made at all times in the three times be fulfilled without deception, just as they are, and may the ocean of the Three Jewels and Three Roots accomplish this! Thus, the great glorious one who is inseparable from the embodiment of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Buddhas of the three times, Tso Kyé Dorjé (Lake-Born Vajra), the supreme ornament, the first of life, Kunsang Pema Jungné Dechen Lingpa (All-Good Lotus-Born Great Bliss Island), and all the incarnations of his lineage, I prostrate, pray, and make aspirations to them. These sixty-three verses were composed by Tshewang Norbu Jamyang Gyatso, a holder of knowledge from among all the subjects of the venerable Lama, with unwavering devotion and trembling with reverence, while increasing the glory of the community, at the time of the annual offering on the tenth day of the waxing moon of the victorious month (first month of the Tibetan year) when the new Dondrup Water Bird (year) appeared in the upper Wamle Dechen Namgyal (Victorious Great Bliss) in the upper part of Maryul (Lower Ladakh), the western part of the great snow mountain Riwo Tsenga (Mount Kailash) in Upper Ngari, one of the three regions of the Lungnge River (Sutlej River) basin. The remaining part was completed on the third day of the white side of that month. By this virtue, may I follow the protector in all my lives.
