ང་། །མཚུངས་མེད་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བདག་གི་ཚད་མེད་བྱམས་པའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་གྱིས། །ཐོག་མེད་ནས་རེངས་བདག་བློའི་ཐ་རྒོད་བརླན། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་གཤོལ་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་རོལ་བྱས་ཏེ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་དགའ་བའི་ས་བོན་བསྐྲུན། །སྡང་སྲེད་ཡོངས་སྤངས་བཏང་སྙོམས་རླུང་གིས་བསྐུལ། །ཀུན་རྫོབ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྨྱུ་གུ་ལ། །དོན་དམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྟོན་འབྲས་སྨིན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་གི་བདག་པོའི་མཛོད་ཁེངས་ནས། །ཕུན་ཚོགས་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་དགའ་སྟོན་གྱིས། །མཁའ་མཉམ་གདུལ་བྱའི་ཡིད་ཀྱི་དབུས་སེལ་ཞིང་། །མངོན་མཐོའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་མཐར་ཐུག་ངེས་ལེགས་འབྲས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་གོ་འཕང་བཀོད་པར་ཤོག ། ཅེས་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དཔལ་མོ་ལུགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་གསོ་སྦྱོང་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་རྒྱས་པའི་ཆོས་རྗེ་ཤེས་རབ་འབུམ་ཡན་རྒྱལ་བའི་སྲས་པོ་ཐོགས་མེད་བཟང་པོའི་གསུང་དང་། དེ་འཕྲོས་སུ་བླ་བརྒྱུད་ཁ་སྐོང་དང་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྡུས་པ་གོང་འོག་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་དང་བཅས་ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་བསྙེན་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་པ་ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུའི་རབ་བྱུང་བཅུ་གསུམ་པའི་དཔལ་གདོང་ཆུ་བྱ་ནག་ཟླའི་ཚེས་དྲུག་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་དོལ་པོ་པའི་དུས་ཆེན་དུ་བོད་ཡུལ་སྟོད་མངའ་རིས་མང་ཡུལ་ལྗོངས་ལ་དྭགས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁ་ཊྭ་ཝཾ་ལེའི་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་འཕགས་པ་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཞལ་གྱི་སྐུ་བརྙན་ལྷ་བཙུན་ན་ག་ར་ཛའི་ཐུགས་དམ་རྟེན་མཆོག་བཞུགས་པའི་ངོགས་སུ་བཀོད་པ་དགེའོ། །འདིའི་བརྒྱུད་པར་ཟླ་བ་གཞོན་ནུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཟང་པོ་གཉིས་ཀ་དཔལ་མོའི་ཞབས་ལ་ཐུག་པ་ཡིན་པས་རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཆོས་རྫོང་བས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་སྐབས་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཟང་པོས་བཀོད་ཅིང་། རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཐོགས་མེད་ནས་གྲོལ་མཆོག་བར་བརྒྱུད་པའི་རྣམ་གྲངས་གཞན་ཡིན་ཡང་། རྗེ་རྡོ་རིང་བས་སེམས་པ་བསོད་ནམས་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དང་། གྲོལ་མཆོག་ཞབས་ལ་གསན་པས། སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྷན་དུ་བགྲང་བ་ཡིན་ལ། གཞན་ཡང་འདི་ལ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་རྣམ་གྲངས་ཁ་ཤས་ཡོད་པ་ཡང་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་གསོ་སྦྱོང་དང་འགྲེལ་པ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཚད་མེད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་རྒྱུན་འབེབས།

我，向无等根本传承上师顶礼！以我无量慈悲之水流，润泽无始以来僵硬的我执劣性。以慈悲之犁充分耕耘，于菩提胜处生起欢喜之种子。完全舍弃嗔恨贪恋，以平等之风鼓动。于世俗菩提心之笔上，成熟胜义菩提心之秋果。菩提胜主之宝库充满，以圆满普贤之喜宴，消除等虚空所化有情之心暗，愿能成就现世增上之财富，究竟决定之善果，以及世间自在之果位！这是以观世音菩萨吉祥天女仪轨之修法，与传承上师相关的，对诸位广行顶礼的法主喜饶雍仲，以及嘉瓦之子无著贤所说。此外，补上师承，略摄顶礼，以及上下愿文，由释迦之在家居士持明者嘉钦巴策旺诺布，于第十三饶迥（1787年）火鸟年黑月六日，一切智者多波巴之节日，在藏地上部阿里芒域拉达克国王之喀瓦坚寺，于十一面观音像，以及天尊那伽拉杂之本尊圣物前书写。此传承中，月贤和益西桑波都与吉祥天女相连，故嘉赛却炯巴顶礼时，由益西桑波记录。从嘉赛托美到卓摩杰巴的传承方式虽有不同，但热多仁波切从索南坚赞和卓摩杰巴处听闻，故与大菩萨一同计数。此外，还应知晓此传承有其他几种传承方式。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（一切吉祥）。

I prostrate to the unequaled root and lineage lamas! With the stream of my immeasurable love, may it moisten the stubbornness of my ego, which has been stiff since beginningless time. Having fully cultivated with the plow of compassion, may it produce the seeds of joy in the supreme place of Bodhi. Completely abandoning hatred and attachment, may it be stirred by the wind of equanimity. On the pen of relative Bodhicitta, may the autumn fruit of ultimate Bodhicitta ripen. May the treasury of the lord of supreme Bodhi be filled, and with the joyous feast of perfect Samantabhadra, may it dispel the darkness in the hearts of sentient beings equal to space, and may it accomplish the wealth of higher realms, the ultimate and definite good result, and the state of worldly power! This is the extensive prostration to the lineage lamas connected with the sadhana and sojong of Avalokiteshvara Palmo, the Dharma Lord Sherab Yungdrung, and the son of Gyalwa, Thogme Zangpo. In addition, the completion of the lineage, the abbreviated prostration, and the upper and lower aspiration prayers were written by Shakya's Upasaka Rigdzin Gyalkhampa Tsewang Norbu on the sixth day of the black month of the Fire Bird year of the thirteenth Rabjung (1787), the festival of Omniscient Dolpopa, in the Katva Temple of the Ladakh King in Mangyul, Upper Tibet, in front of the eleven-faced Avalokiteshvara statue and the sacred object of the deity Nagaraja. In this lineage, both Dawa Shyonnu and Yeshe Zangpo are connected to Palmo, so when Gyalsay Chokyongpa prostrated, it was recorded by Yeshe Zangpo. Although the lineage from Gyalsay Thogme to Drolchok is different, Rje Dorje Lingpa heard it from Sonam Gyaltsen and Drolchok, so it is counted together with the great Bodhisattva.
