Therefore, you, the ruler of the earth, the lord of men, the protector of all beings, in order to protect all happiness and prosperity, and to spread the Buddha's teachings everywhere, in this land, you will rule this entire white conch world of the wheel-turning king, may your life be equal to that of the great Brahma, the body of radiant merit, may it never be destroyed, unshakable like the Vajra Sumeru, with the complete support of the indestructible (Tibetan: ཤ་ར་ཎ་ཡི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: शरणा, Sanskrit Romanization: śaraṇa, Chinese literal meaning: refuge), on the eternal (Tibetan: ཤ་ཤྭ་ཏ་ཡི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: शाश्वत, Sanskrit Romanization: śāśvata, Chinese literal meaning: eternal) throne, all the lords of the four directions, bow down to your (Tibetan: པི་རོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पिरो, Sanskrit Romanization: piro, Chinese literal meaning: drinker) and (Tibetan: ཙ་ར་ཎཱ་ཡར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: चरणाय, Sanskrit Romanization: caraṇāya, Chinese literal meaning: goer). In this way, in order to make the lotus feet stable, with single-minded and strong devotion, may the good wishes of prayer be fulfilled, may the light of good deeds shine brightly, and spread to the peak of governance. May this prayer be fully understood and remembered, may you who see all, the warrior and prince who destroys the armies of the four maras, the master of vast altruism, and the true power and glory of the abilities of all who study peace, may all the meanings of what I have said be perfectly accomplished, may the king of men flourish more and more. Thus, from the vines of my mind, the letter of request, like a cuckoo, proclaims a fluent voice, the wings of pure white clothes flutter, moved by the wind of the wind horse, the auspicious needle of the rich spring, enters the seat at the feet of the great lord, on that shore where the lotus blossoms, enjoying the auspiciousness of Samantabhadra, filling the world with beautiful poetry, may the auspicious interdependence be like the waxing moon, may all good fortune increase and grow!
