Therefore, no matter how many countries there are, in all places, the Victorious One's (Buddha's) teachings, the source of liberation, are hidden in darkness, and the virtuous results of beings are diminished. Even so, in the center of the six realms, surrounded by cool mountains, The land called "Bota" (Tibet) is held by people of the Bodhisattva lineage. Like Avalokiteshvara, the lord of the ocean of Victors (Buddhas), holding a lotus in his hand, By the power of being possessed by him, the Victorious One's (Buddha's) teachings are preserved here. Although it appears, the precious Dharma is rare and often harmed. The essence of the teachings remains only a part, and the chapters of the era become short. The teachings of the age of strife are also contested by the defilements of people's minds. People have become wild and stubborn, extremely difficult to tame, and very lazy. Therefore, in this degenerate age, the time of the five degenerations, In order to expand the feast of perfect goodness, all the Buddhas, with the power of compassion, Unite to lift the Buddha's teachings upward, a great and powerful hero. Supreme one, from the land of shipping (India) or the land of Yalong (Tibet), for the goodness of this land, Making vows and prayers, without deviating from the time, as the supreme guest of the merit of beings, You have come well, with your own strength and arms, covering the entire earth. Distinguishing good from bad, truth from falsehood, inheriting the generosity of the ancients and the tradition of the Victors, In a good way, causing beings to involuntarily follow the ten virtues, The radiance of your merit causes the kings of the borderlands to be at peace. The arrogant ones of the armies of the degenerate age, such as the Hor (Mongols), also flee from this place. In the border regions, no matter how many kings and small countries there are, people are always fighting, But only Tibet, this vast land, lives in peace under your laws. What is extremely rare and precious in all the world is, The precious teachings of the perfectly enlightened Buddha.

一切圆满兴盛吉祥，一切善妙之根本，于此世间一切时，无可比拟者，即是殊胜之法与持法者。彼虽处于浊世，然如佛法圆满之时，行持讲修，显密共同与不共之密咒，不杂而明，亦无争端，如地下涌泉般增长，且具吸引力。以此良好之行持，藏地得以繁荣，此乃您之恩德。 奇哉！具精华者，于此地有多少佛像、佛塔、寺庙，以及广阔如海的供养轮？此外，在巴基斯坦、尼泊尔等地，以及在中国等地，所见之诸佛圣物，皆以洁白之供云供养，如昔日王子般，毫不懈怠地进行装饰。如是，圆满正觉之佛陀与黑汝嘎等尊所加持之诸多圣地，皆因您之福德而得以兴盛。 唉玛！总引导者观世音之化身，伟大的喇嘛，持红衣者。如是，殊胜之圣者化身，住于此处。一切皆以顶髻供养，恒常行持，以清净之事业，赞颂功德，此亦乃您之传记。护持佛法之士，僧伽之军队，皆不懈怠地进行供养，藏地之腹中，充满大乘美妙之音声。实修瑜伽行者，皆于寂静山中，安住于无害之正道。一切如法之人，皆不灰心，此乃您之力量。于此藏地，各教派之圆满兴盛吉祥，不杂本宗，互不争端，安乐行持，如是之景象，自法王松赞干布（约公元617-650年在位）以来，乃至如今之执政国王，皆无可比拟。 如今，如空中之月，于诸多水器中，非仅部分显现，而是完整显现，如是，对于佛法各宗派，皆以极大之虔诚心，不断地进行装饰。

All complete and prosperous auspiciousness, the root and source of all virtues, at all times in this world, that which is incomparable is the supreme Dharma and its holders. Although it is in the degenerate age, it is like the time when the Buddha's teachings were complete, engaging in teaching and practice, both common and uncommon secret mantras of the Vinaya, Sutra, and Abhidhamma, clear without confusion, and without disputes, growing like a spring from the ground, and attractive. With such good conduct, Tibet is able to prosper, this is your kindness. How wonderful! How many Buddha images, stupas, and temples are there in this place, possessed of the essence of value, and offering wheels as vast as the ocean? In addition, in places such as Pakistan, Nepal, and also in places such as China, the holy objects of the Buddhas that are seen in other countries are all offered with pure white clouds of offerings, decorating them without laziness, like the supreme practices of the princes of the past. Thus, the many great places blessed by the fully enlightened Buddhas and Herukas, etc., are all made to flourish by the power of your merit. Alas! The guide of all, the incarnation of Avalokiteśvara, the great Lama, the holder of the red robe. Thus, the holy being who is the emanation of the noble one resides here. All offer with the crown of their heads, constantly performing service, praising the virtues with pure actions, this is also your biography. The upholders of the teachings, the army of the Sangha, all engage in offerings without laziness, and the womb of the land of Tibet is filled with the beautiful sound of the Great Vehicle. The yogis who practice meditation all abide in the solitary mountains, abiding in the harmless and correct path. All virtuous people do not lose heart, this is the power of you. In this land of Tibet, the complete and prosperous auspiciousness of all non-sectarian traditions, without mixing their own traditions, without disputes with each other, practicing in ease and happiness, such a sight, from the time of the Dharma King Trisong Detsen (reigned approximately 617-650 AD) until the present ruling kings, is unparalleled. Now, like the moon appearing in the sky, in many water vessels, not just a part appears, but the whole appears completely, thus, for all the traditions of the Buddha's teachings, with great devotion, constantly decorating them.
