Now that Chinese and Tibetan are used in a mixed way, Chinese people are also proficient in Tibetan, and Tibetans have also become diverse. If this talk gradually spreads and reaches the ears of the great Emperor, I am afraid that there will be an investigation. At that time, with all kinds of rules of 'I am right, you are right,' many people will have to go to China? If they are executed, there will be a lack of methods to deal with it, and it will be difficult to defend themselves, which will damage the Buddhist teachings. Doing so is not good, and I am afraid that it will become a source of sin. Therefore, I think that these words should be quietly calmed down from now on, without being stained by the slightest impurity of selfishness, for the sake of the long life of the Tibetan lord and patron, and for the auspiciousness of the happiness of all in the snowy land. Whatever comes to mind, without hesitation, I pray from the bottom of my heart with pure intention, without any hesitation. Please know, please know, please know. This time, if there is an open investigation, suppression, and exposure, I am afraid that it will cause some damage to the auspiciousness. Therefore, I hope to be liberated from all faults, and that all good auspiciousness will increase from above like the waxing moon.
