词句虽多未敢言，畏惧文字繁复难。泛泛不修空洞语，万龙雷鸣临终虚。修持若合圣言意，一句胜过万千语。如海佛语无边际，愚昧如我何能及？然为劝请略陈述，此乃如实修持诀。若作炫耀之法事，切莫以此为命根。罗卓班杂萨玛雅当札（藏文：རོལ་མཛོད་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་དམ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र समय दृढ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya driḍha，汉语字面意思：金刚誓言坚固），常助修持之子！ 娘氏瑜伽母虚空智慧明灯前，生于多康噶陀南方达布地方的拉氏俄之瑜伽士才旺诺布，于木蛇年（1905）蒙古历十月二十九日，在藏地金刚座桑耶不变任运成就寺东方文殊洲书写。邬金洛哲旺波所作，善哉！善哉！善哉！善哉！ 修持心要口诀精髓清净纸卷怀中藏。

Many are the words, yet I dare not speak, fearing the complexity of writing. Vain are the empty words of one who does not practice. Though a thousand dragons roar, at death it is but an empty sound. If practice accords with the holy words, one phrase is superior to a thousand. Like an ocean are the Buddha's teachings, boundless. How can a fool like me comprehend? Yet, urged by entreaty, I briefly state this, which is the essence of true practice. If you perform Dharma for show, do not take this as your life force. Rol dzö benza samaya dam dza (藏文：རོལ་མཛོད་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་དམ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र समय दृढ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya driḍha，汉语字面意思：Vajra Samaya Driḍha), always be a friend to the son of practice! Before Nyak lineage yogini Namkhai Yeshe Dronma, the yogi Tsewang Norbu of the Lha lineage Ngö, born in the Tagbu region south of Dokham Katok, wrote this on the twenty-ninth day of the tenth month of the Wood Snake year (1905), in the eastern Manjushri continent of Samye unchanging spontaneous accomplishment monastery, the Vajra Seat of Tibet.
