He only gave the necessary instructions. Then, when the sun of the revived Dharma was about to rise again, at the earnest request of Kyabje Dzaṅkar Rinpoche and Dzogchen Tulku Pema Kalzang, he went to Dzogchen Shri Sing Tibetan University and gave extensive teachings on Mipham's Khenjuk and other Sutra, Tantra, and cultural subjects. To the ten Tibetan cultures that had become like a lamp with exhausted oil, he bestowed the supreme medicine of resurrection, continuing the lifeline of life, and the fame of the wise spread in all directions. He went to the great Nyingma mother monasteries of Shechen and Dzogchen in Kham many times, restoring the tradition of upholding the three vows that had declined, and by teaching and propagating many unique Sutra and Tantra Dharma practices, he truly ignited the spark of the revival of the Dharma. In 1987 (the Fire Rabbit year of the seventeenth Rabjung of the Tibetan calendar), he newly established the Arig Monastery Ngedon Shedrub Dargyeling, the adornment of the early translation teachings. There, as the foundation of the monastery, many students from all sides, including the Kagyu and Nyingma schools, gathered. He perfectly bestowed the instructions on all aspects of Sutra, Tantra, and knowledge, and cultivated and developed many holy beings with great learning and discipline who were able to accomplish the benefit of the Dharma and beings. He went to many Kagyu and Nyingma monasteries in many areas such as Golok and Nangchen Qinghai Lake, and newly established many places of study and practice. In 1996, the Fire Rat year, at the invitation of many great Nyingma masters such as Kyabje Drubwang Pema Norbu, the lifeline of the early translation teachings, he went to the great Nyingma monasteries in India and taught the profound essence and special key points of the Nyingma school, as well as the inconceivable Sutra and Tantra Dharma practices. Many disciples, led by the great Nyingma masters, were accepted. He went to many foreign countries and made the leisure and endowment of beings meaningful with the immeasurable nectar of Dharma that suited each individual. He went on pilgrimage to Vajrasana, the place where our teacher attained enlightenment, as well as Mount Malaya and Lotus Lake, and generated faith.

He also composed various kinds of guiding texts and praises spontaneously. Later, in the Tibetan Earth Tiger year ( ), he returned to Arig Monastery. In the Earth Rabbit year of 1999, he bestowed many Dharma wheels such as the Kalachakra initiation and tantra explanations. In general, throughout his life, Khenchen Lama, even to the slightest precepts of individual liberation, he did not slacken in the slightest, practicing according to the Dharma and discipline. Apart from the three Dharma robes suitable for holding and a few scriptures as the basis of wisdom, he had no other possessions, spending his days as a renunciate ascetic. From the smallest practice of Töye up to the supreme Vajra Essence, he gained fearless wisdom in all common and uncommon cultures, so the fame of the great Paṇḍita who speaks on the five sciences spread widely. He only cherished the precious Buddha's teachings in his heart, only engaging in teaching, listening, and meditation, and even if one were to search, one could not find him engaging in the eight worldly concerns of attachment and aversion. He held faith and pure perception towards all people, high and low. He lovingly protected even the smallest creatures around him, and never became angry in his entire life. His miraculous actions were like a great commentary on the Bodhisattva's conduct. Because his mind was peaceful and subdued, he always held a humble position, hiding all inner and outer secret qualities. He was very cautious about the public property of the Sangha, practicing even the subtle aspects of cause and effect. Therefore, he guarded the biographies of the great Kadampa spiritual friends as they were, not just exaggerating or praising, but existing as the embodiment of inconceivable miraculous actions. In his later years, he had no attachment to any appearances or enjoyments, his thoughts naturally ceased, his movements naturally stopped, the four appearances reached their end, and he manifested the state of the exhaustion of Dharma and the transcendence of mind. At the age of seventy-one, while residing in Chengdu, China, on the seventh day of the last winter month, he suddenly said, "It would be best to leave tomorrow, otherwise no later than the day after tomorrow, I must go to Samye Chimpu or Gangri Thökar." The attendants urged him to return to his own monastery for a while.
