唉！业力的牵引，即使脚在水中，头也能恢复。景象自身反复地显现恢复。这是因为在杀生的基础上，又做了烹煮焚烧等不同的业。从这里会堕落到散乱的旁生道。聚集摧毁是指口内聚集摧毁。寿命能活八十亿，三千万，两万，八千劫。痛苦是从头开始，两个强有力的人用锯子锯开。当极度的痛苦到达脚底时，头又恢复了。所有景象都显现为武器。这是因为在杀生的基础上，又用各种武器对他人进行了剖割的业。从这里会堕落到饿鬼道中的有障者。黑线地狱是因为极度的热触落到心上。寿命能活一百万，六十亿，六千万，五万，六千劫。痛苦是两个强有力的人在铁砧之间轮流捶打，即使血肉和骨头都成了肉酱，也因业力而恢复。景象是看到无论谁来都捶打身体。业是仅仅在杀生的基础上，又做了无数的捶打之业。从这里会转生为极度贪恋血肉的夜叉身。这样，十六个寒热地狱就归于八个共同的痛苦中。从这里开始的五个是由于做了许多特殊的无间地狱的业而产生的，也就是复活地狱，近边地狱，有情地狱，无间地狱和金刚地狱这五个，是因为冷热交替同时出现，所以不是单纯的寒热。其中，复活地狱是因为每天死亡，又在第二天复生等等，要经历漫长的劫数。寿命能活三百万，三十亿，三千万，两千劫。痛苦是来源于剑刃之路，也就是向上，身体自身被自己的亲友呼唤，因为执着于此而前去，身体就变成了一块块的肉和一滴滴的血。当再次向上时，又掉下来被呼唤，又变成一块块的肉和一滴滴的血。这样交替直到太阳落山，生命

Alas! Due to the force of karma, even though the feet are in water, the head can recover. The appearance itself repeatedly appears to recover. This arises from performing various actions of cooking and burning on top of taking life. From here, one will go to the scattered animal realm. Gathering and destroying refers to gathering and destroying inside the mouth. One can live for eighty billion, thirty million, twenty thousand, and eight thousand kalpas. The suffering is that from the head, two powerful beings saw one with a saw. When the extreme suffering reaches the soles of the feet, the head recovers. All appearances are seen as weapons. This arises from performing the action of cutting others with various weapons on top of taking life. From here, one will fall into the obstructed state within the preta realm. The Black Line Hell is because extreme heat touches the heart. One can live for one million, six billion, sixty million, fifty thousand, and six thousand kalpas. The suffering is that two powerful beings alternately hammer between iron anvils. Even though the flesh and bones become mincemeat, they recover due to the force of karma. The appearance is seeing that whoever comes hammers the body. The action is arising from countless hammering actions on top of merely taking life. From here, one will transform into a yaksha body that is extremely fond of flesh and blood. Thus, the sixteen hot and cold hells are included in eight common sufferings. From here, the five arise from performing many actions of the special five uninterrupted hells, which are the Reviving Hell, the Surrounding Hell, the Sentient Being Hell, the Uninterrupted Hell, and the Vajra Hell. These five are not simply hot or cold because hot and cold alternate simultaneously. Among them, the Reviving Hell is because one dies every day and is reborn the next day, and so on, one must remain for many kalpas. One can live for three million, thirty billion, thirty million, and two thousand kalpas. The suffering arises from the path of swords, which is upward, the body itself is called by one's own relatives and friends, and because of clinging to this, one goes there, and the body turns into pieces of flesh and drops of blood. 耗尽相等，又因业力，觉得太阳西沉，寿命耗尽。感受着那样的痛苦。显现为唯有太阳西沉。业是先前做了比丘后，做了各种不善业所致。从此获得恶龙之身。近处的人，日夜不停地感受着痛苦。寿命能活六百万和六十亿，六十万四千劫。痛苦是日夜不停地感受着无法从劈砍的业中解脱的痛苦。显现为，所见都变成兵器，所有存在都刺入自己的身体。业是做了杀生的业之上又偷盗他人所致。从此变成罗刹之身。有情地狱是因为心的痛苦非常粗重。寿命的量能活一个无数劫，三百万，三十亿，二十八万劫。痛苦是两个人抓住头拉，有的人抓住脚拉，显现为身体上下断裂。显现为狼和敌人。业是前世仅仅做了杀生，之后转生为狼狗，生于此处。之后获得食尸鬼之身。无间地狱是，没有痛苦的间断，寿命能活两个无数劫，六百万，六十亿，四十万，一万六千劫。痛苦是，一个强壮的男子，抓住脚，在头顶绕一圈，皮被完全剥掉，在没有皮的红色身体上，同时刺入成千上万个炽热的铁钉，感受着这样的痛苦。显现为见到血。业是杀生之上又做了恼害有情之业所致，从此感受着旁生互相吞噬的痛苦。金刚地狱是，因为极难从中解脱。寿命能活四个无数劫，三百万，二十亿，八十三万二千劫。痛苦是首先身体降下极其寒冷，具有触感的铁金刚雨。

Exhaustion is equal, and due to karma, it feels like the sun is setting and life is ending. Experiencing such suffering. The appearance is only that the sun is setting. The karma is caused by having been a monk before and then committing various non-virtuous deeds. From this, one takes the body of a malicious Naga. The nearby ones, day and night, constantly experience suffering. The lifespan can last six million and six billion, six hundred thousand and four thousand kalpas. The suffering is the constant experience, day and night, of suffering from which one cannot escape the karma of being chopped and cut. The appearance is that everything seen turns into weapons, and everything that exists pierces one's own body. The karma is caused by committing the act of killing and then stealing from others. From this, one becomes a Rakshasa. Sentient being hell is because the suffering of the mind is extremely coarse. The measure of life can last one countless kalpa, three million, thirty billion, two hundred and eighty thousand kalpas. The suffering is that two people grab the head and pull, and some grab the feet and pull, appearing as if the body is broken in half. The appearance is wolves and enemies. The karma is that in the previous life, one only committed killing, and then was reborn as a wolf-dog, born here. After that, one obtains the body of a ghoul. The Avici Hell is, there is no interruption of suffering, the lifespan can last two countless kalpas, six million, sixty billion, four hundred thousand, sixteen thousand kalpas. The suffering is that a strong man, grabbing the feet, spins it once over the head, the skin is completely peeled off, and on the red body without skin, thousands upon thousands of hot iron nails are simultaneously pierced, experiencing such suffering. The appearance is seeing blood. The karma is caused by killing and then harming sentient beings, from this, one experiences the suffering of animals devouring each other. The Vajra Hell is, because it is extremely difficult to escape from it. The lifespan can last four countless kalpas, three million, twenty billion, eight hundred and thirty-two thousand kalpas. The suffering is that first the body is showered with extremely cold iron vajra rain that has a tactile sensation.

从那儿解脱后，降下剃刀轮。从那儿解脱后，降下尖锐如剃刀般炽热、具有灼热触感的铁制三叉金刚杵。降下犹如劫末大火燃烧。从那儿解脱后，铁锤自行击打，降下具有极度寒冷觉知的物体。从那儿解脱后，降下具有寒冷触感的金刚交杵轮。在那里，用冷水浇洒，因业力的影响，会转变成极度炽热的触感。用热水浇洒，则只会体验到极度寒冷的痛苦。而且，那些地狱众生的身体是痛苦的受用之身。由于往昔习气的影响，仅仅是忆念的转变，就会像梦中的身体一样显现。自己从哪里死亡，就显现为那时的时节和根身。显现为铁雹猛烈袭来。业力是前世仅仅断绝生命，来世又造作了违犯誓言的强烈行为所致。从这里死后，会转生为一百次狗的生命。在那些之后，会转生为麻风病人。关于这些，经部中有比这更详细的描述。讲述这些有什么必要呢？因为了解它们的出生地、形貌、痛苦和寿命等，就不会转生和堕入其中，所以非常重要。这又是从见到舍弃它们而产生的。就像《波罗蜜多经》中所说：从一开始就清净，众生怎么会转生呢？使之清净，就是因为了解它们的特征，就不会堕入其中。就像《现观庄严论》中所说：如果了解地狱的真相，众生地狱的处所就会空尽。到那时为止，或者说是界限，或者是确定。说“六”是因为少于六种，六道轮回就不完整，所以确定是六。多于六种，就会出现不包含在六道中的其他众生，但因为没有，所以确定只有六种。这些阐释了经文的意义。结尾有两部分。第一部分是通过切断六道的逃脱之处，来显示清空三界，这由从那时起，导师普贤王如来等来阐释，从那时起，讲述了六种界限。

Having escaped from that, a wheel of razors descends. Having escaped from that, a sharp, razor-like, scorching hot, three-pronged iron vajra with a burning touch descends. It descends like a great fire burning at the end of an eon. Having escaped from that, an iron hammer strikes itself, and an object with extremely cold awareness descends. Having escaped from that, a vajra crossed wheel with a cold touch descends. There, if cold water is sprinkled, due to the influence of karma, it will turn into an extremely hot touch. If hot water is sprinkled, one will only experience the suffering of extreme cold. Moreover, the bodies of those hell beings are bodies for experiencing suffering. Due to the influence of past habits, merely the transformation of memory will appear like the form of a body in a dream. From wherever one dies, it will appear as that time and faculties. It appears like a fierce iron hail. The karma is caused by merely cutting off life in the previous life, and in the next life, committing strong actions that violate vows. Having died from here, one will take a hundred births as a dog. After those, one will be born as a leper. Regarding these, the sutras describe in more detail than this. What is the need to explain these? Because by knowing their place of birth, form, suffering, and lifespan, etc., one will not be born or fall into them, so it is very important. This also arises from seeing the abandonment of them. Just as it is said in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra: From the beginning, it is pure, how can beings be born? To purify it is because by knowing their characteristics, one will not fall into them. Just as it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: If one understands the truth of hell, the places of hell for beings will be emptied. Until that time, or it is a limit, or it is a determination. Saying "six" is because if it is less than six, the wheel of the six realms will not be complete, so it is determined to be six. If it is more than six, there will be other beings that are not included in the six realms, but because there are none, it is determined to be only six. These explain the meaning of the scriptures. There are two parts to the conclusion. The first part is to show the emptying of the three realms by cutting off the escape from the six realms, which is explained by the teacher Samantabhadra and others from that time on. From that time on, the six limits are explained.

从那以后，导师是为了清楚地阐释上方虚空六义，拥有一切众多功德，善良者不住于轮回的恶劣知识中。这也是总结了先前使六道众生居处清净的语句。对眷属们这样说道。像这样彻底清扫六道众生时，唉玛，真是稀有奇妙啊！因为对自己生起稀有之感，追赶诸神的逃生之处，并且断绝了在无色界中的投生。我从自性造作中解脱。由于开示了第一虚空，成为了所有诸神的神。同样地，为了断绝人类的逃生之处，身体殊胜和赡部洲，以及牛行洲和声音不悦耳之处。我开示了自性无相的第三虚空，显现为所有人类的上师。此外，为了阻止非天（阿修罗）的逃生之处，强大的夜叉种姓，以及喜好杀戮的罗刹种姓，以及享用寿命的天人种姓，以及粗暴转变的魔种姓。我从自性争论之基中解脱，开示了第二虚空，清除了非天身体的疑惑。此外，为了使畜生道的逃生之处，分散和居住在水中的生物昏昧。我从自性自明无所执着中解脱，开示了第四虚空，成为了畜生道的明灯。此外，为了使饿鬼道的逃生之处，有根本的存在，以及存在中阴，以及居住在虚空中，以及安住于处所的众生相续断绝。我从自性离欲中解脱，开示了第五虚空，成为了所有饿鬼的宝藏。此外，为了使地狱道的逃生之处，八寒地狱和八热地狱，以及特别地狱五者，总共二十一种相续断绝。我从自性乐与苦平等中解脱，开示了第六虚空，显现为地狱之王。这样，首先通过断绝六道众生的逃生之处，显示了清扫三界。现在，第二是宣说传承，眷属们随喜六道轮回的相续断绝，这是为了显示殊胜的赞颂。如是导师普贤等所开示，如是依靠上方的六虚空，开示了断绝六道轮回的方法。
