Through the power of faith, May these also temporarily increase and transform. May those who study and contemplate with the same fortune as me, Find it meaningful even when seen by impartial others. Therefore, like a noble being with excellent vision, Even if one realizes the profound meaning without attaining autonomy, Through the kindness of the protector, the Pandit Lama, A mere ray of light dawns in the darkness of the mind. Especially, may the incarnate heart-son, the hero, With elegant words, for future generations of the fortunate, Leave the meaning of the illusory letters, And may it slightly transmit the signs of the return transmission. Therefore, regarding the well-spoken parts herein, Whatever there is, is due to the blessings of the noble predecessors, And due to the kindness of the Lama, there is not a single word of my own making. There is no doubt about the arising of pure white virtue. Alas! All you fortunate ones with clear minds, It is difficult to encounter such profound pith instructions, Like putting out a fire on your head, more urgent than extinguishing the flames, Strive to engage in taking the profound essence. The impurities of the times are as dark as night, The obstacles to life compete with a butter lamp in the wind, Non-dharmic harm is like gathering rain clouds, In this situation, please contemplate and seize the supreme meaning of the essence. From now until supreme enlightenment, May I never be separated from these pith instructions, And may the community, embraced by noble spiritual friends from childhood, Manifest like its own treasure. Ati Yoga Mind Series of Pith Instructions, The key points of the command and commentary of the General Collection and Yangti, May I unerringly attain the profound intention of Kunsang Dorje Sempa and Garab Dorje. May I truly understand the meaning of the teachings of the King of Supreme Vehicle, According to the valid tradition of the Vidyadhara lineage, And the treasure of the intentions of the holy father and sons, the omniscient ones, past and present, and Mipham Chökyi Wangchuk. May the wisdom-illusion of the Victorious Ones of the Three Kayas, And the unerring intention of Panchen Lama Chökyi Gyalpo and The common glory of hundreds of Siddhas, Jampa Chökyi Dzinpa, be born in my mindstream. In short, may all the Lamas who teach the Whispered Lineage, Reside as the inseparable protectors of the Dharma wheel, And may I see the self and others in the primordially pure, self-aware, unconditioned, all-encompassing, non-conceptual luminosity. In order to generate realization and familiarity with the well-spoken teachings, By clarifying the excellent path of the valid pith instructions, In this life, in the primordial ground endowed with six special qualities, May I manifestly awaken and accomplish the two benefits.

May the earth be naturally accomplished! Through this virtue, may all sentient beings who have a connection, rely on the methods that please the Victorious Ones, take the completely liberated Buddha as their protector, and gain the courage to completely empty the three realms of samsara! Furthermore, may all sentient beings, primarily those who wear white, red, profound silk clothes and ride mules and horses, dispel their minds of ignorance and increase their all-knowing wisdom! In the spontaneously luminous, uncreated palace, with the light of a thousand teachings of scripture and realization shining brightly, may the glory and wealth of the supreme fruit increase greatly, and may there be auspiciousness and goodness in all directions and times! Thus, this commentary on the precious entrusted treasure was also granted permission by the Incomparable Protector, the Primordial Protector, the Lord of Secrets, the Accomplished Master, the All-Knowing One, and as requested by Chöje Khenchen Rinpoche Thubten Lekshe Dulwai De, who said, "In any case, please write some explanatory letters about the mind," I also arose with the desire to connect the profound oral instructions in a way that increases wisdom, and at Serkhang Retreat, Dudul Trinley Kunkhyabling, I wrote only a summary of the five ways of teaching. Afterwards, in order to make it easier to view, near the stupa of blessing and light in the secluded retreat of Upper Lhundrup Gatsal of Muksang Dharma Monastery, which is the unchanging auspicious light, I wrote a small amount of the actual text based on the handwriting of Seton Jungden.
