如病除愈得安乐，无明识暗彼所苦，迷乱中毒三门衰，不舍义合士显义，内病消除愿速证大乐。如日落西山，黑暗笼罩迷失路，悬崖峭壁自显现，彼显慈悲灯寻路，脱离险境得安乐。智慧眼盲失正道，传承义理未得极困苦，难解明灯除邪见，阻断歧途得解脱安乐。多数如患天花热病等，众多损害令失力盲昧，如妙药童子以针拨障翳，病除能见种种物。自心迷乱邪行因，令诸根变劣，如难解针除无漏根之眼疾，愿能见经义。如是令众生悟传承，见真实，入于义，无修而修，串习增进行利他力，如所显现成就无边功德藏，如海浪般慈悲加持生，随顺他利种种意乐，不需寻伺任运成就，愿轮回大海成空地。愿传承释日，于四十年瑜伽士之意境中，皆能广弘显现，遣除愚昧黑暗，干涸烦恼之海，真实热力增盛，三门果位之种子，不灭无漏之稼禾，增长成熟，断除果位法之饥荒，愿一切皆成殊胜果位自在者。如钥匙开锁般，于释中，开启传承义理秘密经之门，从秘密宝藏七宝等，获得一切宗派瑜伽，脱离佛法之贫乏，以此次第安立一切众生及传承持有者之安乐，愿三世时中，大乘秘密亦不灭，成为胜幢金刚藏。如珍宝净水般，消除黑暗过患，此能明辨胜义之盔甲，能遮止邪见之军，不欺速道，愿一切众生皆于此生起信心，分辨因果之见，一切皆从因入果，愿此生能至究竟，此传承乃一切众生之心髓

Like curing illness and attaining happiness, may the darkness of ignorance and consciousness, the suffering caused by it, the confusion, poisoning, and weakening of the three doors, be dispelled. May the noble one who does not abandon the meaning and practice, reveal the meaning, and swiftly attain the great bliss of eliminating inner illness. Just as when the sun sets in the west, darkness engulfs and one loses the way, becoming a cliff and a ravine, may compassion manifest and a lamp find the way, freeing one from the ravine and cliff, and attaining happiness. Like the blind eye of wisdom losing the right path, and being extremely distressed by not finding the meaning of the tantra, may the lamp of difficult commentary uproot wrong views, block mistaken paths, and attain the happiness of liberation. For the most part, like suffering from smallpox, fever, and other harmful influences, many harms weaken and blind, just as a young healer uses a needle to remove cataracts, curing the illness and enabling one to see various objects. By one's own confusion and the causes of wrong actions, the supreme faculties become inferior, like a difficult commentary needle removing the eye disease of the stainless faculties, may one see the meaning of the scriptures. Thus, by enabling all to realize the lineage, see the truth, and enter into the meaning, one meditates without meditation. By habituating, the power of benefiting others increases, and as it appears, one attains limitless treasures of accomplishment. Like waves of the ocean, may the blessings of compassion arise, and according to various intentions and aspirations for the benefit of others, without seeking conceptually, may actions be spontaneously accomplished, and may the ocean of samsara be emptied into the ground. May the sun of tantra commentary widely shine and manifest in the minds of the forty yogis, dispelling the darkness of ignorance, drying up the ocean of afflictions, and stirring up true warmth. May the seeds of the three doors' fruition, the indestructible and stainless crops, grow and ripen, cutting off the famine of the Dharma of fruition, and may all become great lords of fruition. Like a key opening a lock, in the commentary, may the door of the secret scriptures of the lineage meaning be opened. From the secret treasury, the seven treasures, etc., may one obtain all the siddhas and yogas of all schools, and be freed from the poverty of Dharma. By arranging the happiness of all beings and lineage holders in order, may the secret of the Great Vehicle not perish in the three times, and may it become a victory banner, the vajra essence. Like precious clear water, eliminating the faults of darkness, may this armor that clarifies the supreme meaning, repel the armies of wrong views, and may all beings generate faith in this unbetraying, swift, and sacred path. Distinguishing the views of cause and effect, may all enter from cause to effect, and may this life be perfected. May this lineage be the heart essence of all.

May I diligently strive to cherish the poor like my own eyes and help them. By the power of the Buddha's wisdom, like the rays of two thousand suns, may I dispel the darkness in my mind. A person who is self-righteous and attached to their own views. A person who holds illusions but desires to be free from relatives, with cunning methods. A person who is greedy and burns like fire. A person who abandons the Lama and does not uphold the lineage. A person who is biased and boasts for the sake of fame and gain. For the sake of seeking offerings and donations, A person who approaches and covets the Dharma. Even if the country is in turmoil and their life is threatened, they should not impart the Dharma to them. A person who is patient, faithful, and compassionate. A person who is sincere, unpretentious, and willing to give up their life for the Dharma. A person who knows how to maintain the lineage and continue the family. A supreme son who possesses eight qualities. A person who has qualities opposite to those of the moon. A person who exchanges their inner self for worldly pleasures. A person who gives completely for the benefit of themselves and others. Sincerely entrust and safeguard the teachings.
