In all the mandalas of the Victorious Ones, there is no deeper secret meaning than this, even if sought, it cannot be found by the Victorious Ones. The supreme great mudra of all, unceasingly manifests in various forms. The Vinaya, Sutra, and Abhidharma, vows, practices, and accomplishments, the tantras of body, speech, and mind, widely renowned in all ten directions, emanating from the Secret Essence, this Essence of the Secret Nature, is definitely the source of all the Pitakas and Tantras.
