For whose benefit is it declared? Those called "possessing noble lineage" are the retinue of the master himself, who possesses the lineage of the true secret mantra. In India, there are the arrogant Vajra and others, and in Tibet, there are Bran-ka Murti, Spa Manjushri, and other virtuous ones, as well as future fortunate yogis who are in accordance with this, for their benefit it will be declared. From where is it collected and declared? It is collected and declared from the tantras of the hundred thousand chapters of the Vajrasattva Mind Illusory Net. What is collected and declared? The footprints of the Buddhas of the past, the paths of the Buddhas of the present and future. This path is also called supreme because it is superior to the paths of the lower vehicles by three characteristics. What are the three characteristics? Nearness, ease, and completeness. Nearness: one does not need to practice for three countless kalpas, one obtains the fruit in one lifetime. Ease: one does not need to abandon afflictions, if one has determined the view, it is enough to take it directly into the path. Completeness: because it precedes the lower vehicle path as a stepping stone to this path, it is complete, and having fully understood the profound depths of the Buddhas, the fruit is naturally accomplished and complete. As it says in "The Swift Path of Means": Among paths, the near path is easy and complete, among means, infallibility is supreme. This word is a word that indicates closeness, that is, the essence of this secret mantra, the Dharma containing the base, path, and fruit, will be declared. In what way is it declared? By the meaning of "collected", the contents scattered in the tantras are collected in one place, the confused contents are arranged in order, the numerous contents are briefly collected, and then the profound meanings are explained in detail and declared. At what time is it declared? In an age close to the five degenerations, a time when the faculties are upright.

应当于彼时宣说。何为五浊？即：时浊、寿浊、业浊、有情浊、烦恼浊。其中，时浊即争斗炽盛。有情浊即彼时出生者。寿浊即寿命不足百岁。业浊即享用十不善业。烦恼浊即无法以对治力压制。为何要宣说？因为难以调伏如是之有情，并非以断除烦恼之方法、阻止之方法、修习之方法、转变之方法来调伏之时，而是为了宣说已到无上密咒调伏之时。于此总说立誓之时，应当知晓立誓之起始与关联、谦逊与关联、必要与关联、略说与事业等。论之义有三：若无传承口诀，则无法以自修证悟，故为传承口诀、依止上师、不令口诀衰败之故，观察法器，以及施与不施之对境，以及为具器者施与口诀，宣说自性。初者有二：直说，若无传承口诀，则无法以自修证悟；列举，所谓“善眼”是指盲人，于梵语中称为“乌卢特拉夏卡”。此处，“眼盲、腿瘸、意识迟钝”皆可归入此词。若已解释盲人之语，为何还要解释瘸子和意识迟钝者呢？因为那是它的特征。因此，譬如无行走能力之对境，即盲人引导者，或如向导一般，因与之分离而失去行走能力，迷失道路，无法行进于道路，亦无法到达自己想去的地方。同样，以言词曲解心意之粗暴心识，未经调伏之野蛮人，如是之人以自创之自修亦无法证悟秘密心髓之义，亦无法获得究竟之果。譬如名为“布尔辛”之树，即紫红色之唐辛树，既不生暂时之果——花朵，亦不生究竟之果——果实。同样，以自修而行，则暂时之果与究竟之果皆无法生起。此
