The meaning is to subdue hatred with mirror-like wisdom, therefore it possesses four fearlessnesses, namely, still saying that enlightenment has not been directly realized, and that defilements have not been exhausted. Because it is not said that obstacles will definitely occur, it is free from fear. Vajrasattva is the one who has directly realized enlightenment, the one who has exhausted defilements, the one who is not interrupted by others, and will definitely appear in samsara, turning the wheel of Dharma with fearless mind of the worldly and transworldly. It destroys the greatness of others. Others are subdued by it. Benefiting beings with compassion is: from the legs of the precious throne, the needs and desires of sentient beings arise as desired. Proclaiming the distinction of the earth is: from the Bodhisattva who has attained the cause of the ten bhumis, it becomes particularly superior, because it has attained the state of the three kayas of the result. Therefore, the eleventh bhumi, Universal Light, is the Nirmanakaya, the twelfth bhumi, Immaculate Lotus, is the Sambhogakaya, and the thirteenth bhumi, the Great Assembly of Letters and Wheels, is the Dharmakaya. Therefore, as signs, there are the sun, the moon, and the lotus seat. Regarding these seats of sentient beings, there are two views, namely, the great qualities of the Buddha.
