The five amṛtas are the substances of the five families: feces, urine, and bodhicitta. Therefore, as substances for accomplishing siddhis, they must also be accepted. As it says in the Guhyasamāja Tantra: "With the supreme samaya of great meat, the supreme three vajras are accomplished. With the supreme samaya of excrement and urine, one becomes the chief of vidyādharas. With the samaya of elephant meat, one will obtain the five abhijñās. With the samaya of horse meat, one becomes the master of invisibility. With the samaya of dog meat, all siddhis are summoned. With the samaya of cow meat, one becomes the supreme summoner of vajras." It is said that if one relies on this, the ḍākinīs will gather and siddhis will be near, so it must also be accepted. In the Compendium Sutra, it says: "Cow meat, dog meat, and horse meat, human meat, elephant meat, and so on, if eaten, all qualities will be accomplished. This is the samaya of all of us." And, "Countless buddhas of the past have mainly practiced these five ascetic practices, and because they have held pure samayas, they are known as the samayas of the past." Therefore, as a companion for practicing asceticism, it should also be accepted. Fourth, in the Amṛta Guṇa Tantra, it says: "The main samaya substance is the five amṛtas, eight roots and a thousand branches. Samaya substances and essences are mixed into medicine, rasāyana (藏文,梵文天城体:रसायन,梵文罗马拟音:rasāyana,汉语字面意思:长生药) great medicine, by eating it, one obtains supreme and common siddhis." The eight roots mentioned also have five aspects: past, outer, inner, secret, and the eight roots and five aspects of practice. First, the eight roots of the past are: In the past, after the great glorious Hayagrīva subdued Matram Rudra, from the cause of the semen thrown into the ocean, the outer form of all amṛtas was formed as a sandalwood snake-heart tree. That was a purple sandalwood tree, the root was mūla-manu (藏文,梵文天城体:मूल मनु,梵文罗马拟音:mūla-manu,汉语字面意思:根-玛努), the leaf was patra (藏文,梵文天城体:पत्र,梵文罗马拟音:patra,汉语字面意思:叶), the branch was liśi (藏文,梵文天城体:लिषि,梵文罗马拟音:liśi,汉语字面意思:利希), the leaf was gandha (藏文,梵文天城体:गंध,梵文罗马拟音:gandha,汉语字面意思:香) like yew leaves, patra (藏文,梵文天城体:पत्र,梵文罗马拟音:patra,汉语字面意思:叶), the flower was saffron, the fruit was jāti (藏文,梵文天城体:जाति,梵文罗马拟音:jāti,汉语字面意思:迦提), the liquid was camphor, and the bark appeared as wood grain. That is also what is said in the eight sections: "The characteristics of all these are: root, trunk, branch, leaf, petal, flower, bark, fruit, and heartwood." Existing in this way, it is the great samaya substance of all buddhas. Second, the eight outer roots are: The sandalwood snake-heart mentioned above

These are the eight kinds of perfect medicines that are widely known today. Third, the eight internal roots are: The great Mila Repa possesses the navel, which is the root of existence; the flesh and bones of the entire body are the trunk; the four branches are the four limbs; the leaves are the fingernails, hair, and body hair; the flowers are the five senses; the fruits are the five viscera; the essence is the bone marrow and brain marrow; the bark is the skin. Fourth, the eight secret roots are: the father's four elements and the mother's four conditions, making eight in total. The first is: the mind of enlightenment abiding at the crown of the head in the form of the letter Hūṃ (ཧྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), which is the brain; the central channel is the spinal cord; the gate of generation is the secret fruit; the place of excretion is the great Vajra channel, these are four. The second is: the palace of the red lotus is the liver; the container for storage is the uterus; the place of receiving is the lotus gate; the life channel is the stamen, these four make eight. Thus, each of these three sets of eight can be combined with one hundred and twenty-five protections and aids, respectively. Therefore, it is said, "Medicine combined with eight thousand roots." Fifth, the eight roots of practice have eight sets of five, namely: five main substances, five essences, five fruits, five qualities, five collections, five pacifiers, five necessities, and five requisites. Among these, the five main substances are: feces, urine, bodhicitta, blood, and the essence of great meat, any three of these. The five essences are: the five pure sense organs. The five fruits are: the meat of domestic animals with round hooves, flat hooves, cloven hooves, birds, and marmots that live underground. The five qualities are: some say they are three fruits, along with zedoary and lychee, but in reality, zedoary, cinnabar, arura, great incense, and juniper are considered to be white bodhicitta, red bodhicitta, great meat, feces, and urine, respectively, which corresponds in meaning. The five collections are: mixed like the practice of four equal parts of feces, as stated in the Vinaya Source, "The yellow sandalwood that grows in the milk season, etc., should be taken." and so on can be understood. On top of that, add the root of Amrita (अमृत,amṛta,甘露), ivy, camphor, saffron, nutmeg, and sandalwood, these five. The five pacifiers are: black agarwood, turuka, ligadur, clove, and cardamom, these five. Because these have the power to pacify other medicines, they are called pacifiers. Necessary things

The five are: Vajra Acharya, Vajra Holder, Karma Kingkara, Worker, and Consort. The five necessities are: Mandala, offerings, substances, implements, and a Kapala with characteristics. Thus, to combine these eight roots with a thousand branches, except for the latter two sets of five, each of the former six is accomplished by combining the amount that becomes essence medicine. Because they possess the five necessities such as the mandala, the five necessities such as the Acharya accomplish them properly, thus the meaning of combining eight roots with a thousand branches is completely fulfilled. Furthermore, it is said that each of the five amritas has eight roots, and each of the medicines, jewels, and water has eight roots, but there is nothing that is not included in this meaning. In short, all the essences of existence and peace are collected in this medicine, as it is said: "The essence of existence and peace is collected into medicine." Also, in the Eight Fascicles it says: "Substances such as Rasayana, the essence of a vast number of roots." And in its commentary: "The essence of hundreds of thousands of inconceivable outer, inner, and secret medicines is also this amrita." Thus, although there are many categories of classification and collection of these, they can be known from other discussions. Fifth, accumulating the materials for the samaya substances: That is, the main substance is the five amritas, of which feces and urine are taken from pure male and female yogis who practice the path of the guru or the two stages, and they are the feces and urine that occur when the body is not weak, the bodhicitta has not declined, sick, tired, or exhausted. Bodhicitta refers to the semen of a pure boy, oneself, or oneself and the wisdom mother entering into samadhi when the bindu falls, as it says in the Eight Fascicles: "That which is combined at the time of falling, that great blood together with the mind, is made the main thing of Rasayana." Rakta refers to the menstrual blood that flows for the first time from a girl who has not met a man. Great flesh refers to the essence, which can be divided into three: the brain born from the head, the bone marrow born from the limbs, and the fat born from the flesh. These five are the substances that quickly attract accomplishment, therefore they are known as the five iron hooks.

Among the five meats, human meat is best from a seventh rebirth. If not found, use the meat of a healthy, adult male who has not committed the five heinous crimes, was not murdered, but was killed in battle. As stated in the Fifth Important Examination: "Seven births, bird's foot, seven shadows, struck by swords in battle." The meat of a bull should be from one that did not die from a prolonged illness. Elephant meat is best if actually found; otherwise, use the meat of a white Tibetan yak. Dog and horse meat should be white and not from animals that died from a severe illness. As stated in the Great Seal Drop: "Possessing white meat." These five meats are generally prepared in this way. Alternatively, except for human and dog meat, the other three can be substituted with the meat of lions, peacocks, and parrots. Primarily, they are used when visualizing the form of the Dakini, but in actual practice, both are required. It is said that these are called the Five Lamps because they clearly reveal all castes and accomplishments. However, some scholars explain that they are called the Five Lamps because eating meat increases radiance and splendor. Furthermore, gather as much as possible of the meat, blood, heart, senses, etc., of various animals, such as the thousand kinds of meat like "Mahamamsa," the thousand kinds of hearts like "Mahacitta," the thousand kinds of blood like "Maharakta," as well as the five kinds of excrement and entrails, the five senses, and gorocana. If these are not found, then, as stated in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "Even if all the meats are not available, contemplate them separately with the mind." In the commentary, the glorious Chandrakirti says: "If the meats are not found, make their forms from dough, etc., using their seeds, and mix them as if they had died by their own karma." Therefore, for humans, the seed is green nr(藏文,梵文天城体:नृ,梵文罗马拟音:nṛ,汉语字面意思:man), and for animals in general, the seed is yellow su(藏文,梵文天城体:सु,梵文罗马拟音:su,汉语字面意思:good). Thus, from melting many such seeds, imagine countless forms of humans and animals, and mix them into the meat offering as if they had died by their own karma. Also, mix in the above-mentioned five amritas, which are known as the five consorts: musk from urine, arura from feces, duruka from blood, camphor from bodhicitta, and
