There is no doubt about experiencing the feast of accomplishment in this very life, because the Buddha's words never deceive, and because the benefits of the vidyā-mantras have already been shown above. Therefore, if there is no doubt about what has been shown, then there is no doubt about the accomplishment of the mantra, so faith and devotion are very important. In general, there is no name or mantra of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas that does not eliminate obscurations, but it is very important to diligently recite these kings of mantras with the intention of purifying the sins and obscurations of myself and all sentient beings, because the root of all faults and downfalls is obscuration, and if these are purified, then whatever desired accomplishments will surely be obtained without difficulty. Among these hundred vidyā-mantras, the twenty-five letters of "reversing attachment" spoken in the Dzogchen tantras quickly liberate all the obscurations of the illusory appearances of samsara in their own place, and effortlessly increase the appearances of the pure body and wisdom, because it is the special self-sound of the Dharma-nature vajra, so recite them, and also the mantras that liberate into the Dharma-body, which are related to the intention of Kunsang Yabyum, should also be recited with great diligence, these are known separately. Furthermore, whatever is practiced from the immeasurable forms of dharani and secret mantras spoken in the sutras and tantras of the Victorious One's teachings, what need is there to say about the immeasurable benefits? Here is just the essence of the mantras. For the benefit of oneself and others who share the same fortune, having extracted from the profound teachings of the Tathagata, it was written from the beginning of the first month of the fifteenth cycle, the Earth Dog year, and completed on the tenth day of that month, the author is Mipham Jamyang Namgyal Gyatso. By this, may I alone accomplish the activities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the protectors who liberate the infinite beings from the ocean of illusion, afflictions, and suffering, leading the helpless beings from happiness to happiness, and may I place all sentient beings, without exception, who are included in all directions and times, on the state of great bliss, the glorious Samantabhadra, and even in the transitional state when it has not yet been realized, may the Bodhisattva Manjushri spread throughout all directions and times.
