It is said that the offering attendant raises the vase. Possessing perfect abundance, like a golden mountain, at the end of the three ślokas. May the vajra disciples be victorious over all opposing sides to be abandoned and become extremely auspicious! It is said. Then, pray to the empowerment deities residing in the sky, and repeat this. After praying in this way, the empowerers, the maṇḍala in the sky, and the master together, holding the vase filled with the nectar of wisdom, make the aspiration of bestowing empowerment from the crown of the head. As when one is born, etc., reciting Śrī Ye Hūṃ, etc., through the empowerment, all the accumulated sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies from beginningless lifetimes are purified, and make the aspiration of relying on the body of the supreme mother. Then, the master's Oṃ (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ) Vajra Puṣpe Āḥ Hūṃ, etc., to Naivedye Āḥ Hūṃ, etc., with offerings, is the water empowerment. In order to receive the crown empowerment, pray to the deities residing in the sky, and repeat this. Pray: May all the Tathāgatas grant me the supreme empowerment. It is said. The empowerers, the maṇḍala in the sky, and the master together, holding each a jewel tip, make the empowerment.

Again, generate faith in offering garlands of flowers and silk streamers. By reciting "Om Maha Vajra Hum Abhisinca (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ महा वज्र हूँ अभिषिञ्च，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahā vajra hūṃ abhiṣiñca，汉语字面意思：Om, great, Vajra, Hum, empower)," bestow the vajra, and by reciting "Om Vajra Ghante Ah Abhisinca (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र घण्टे आः अभिषिञ्च，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra ghaṇṭe āḥ abhiṣiñca，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, bell, Ah, empower)," bestow the bell. Thus, the vajra and bell, like a pea, is the secret empowerment, and in your minds, compassion and emptiness are united, and the realization of wisdom arises in your minds, and generate faith in receiving the empowerment of the hand symbols of all the Tathagatas. Then, with offerings such as "Om Vajra Puspe (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र पुष्पे，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra puṣpe，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, flower)," etc., this is the Vajra and Bell empowerment. In order to request the Name empowerment, please repeat this supplication. Supplicate, saying, "The Tathagatas," etc. After supplicating, the empowerer, together with the mandala of space and the guru, generate faith in bestowing the Name empowerment. The vajra and bell are shaken together on the crown of the head, and recite "Om Sarva Vidyai Nama (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व विद्यै नाम，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva vidyai nāma，汉语字面意思：Om, all, knowledge, name)." Then, with offerings such as "Om Vajra Puspe (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र पुष्पे，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra puṣpe，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, flower)," etc., this is the Name empowerment. Secondly, offer a mandala as the fee for requesting the Vajra Master empowerment. Then, please repeat this supplication three times. Through the kindness of you, who are the essence of all, I am able to accomplish the benefit of myself and others. Please grant the Vajra Master empowerment to me, the owner of the treasure of compassion. After supplicating in this way, on the empowerment platform mentioned above, you yourselves are the Thubpa, Vairochana, possessing the supreme mudra of enlightenment.

Finally, offering with ghee lamps, reciting the transmission of the mantra: Due to devotion to the guru, from the mantra surrounding the seed syllable at the guru's heart, a second circle of mantra arises, coming out from the mouth, entering your mouths.
