礼敬！ 佛陀之眼于日夜六时中， 以慈爱之心恒时观照众生。 众生心中所思所想的， 任何念头变动恒时为佛陀所知。 众生恒时所说的一切话语， 恒时不杂，分别入于佛耳。 礼敬遍知无量光！ 除了舍法和造作五无间罪之外， 凡是对您具有信心并祈祷者， 皆能成就往生极乐世界的愿望。 据说中阴身时会前来引导至该净土。 礼敬引导者无量光！ 您的寿命于无数劫中， 不入涅槃，如今依然显现安住。 若一心恭敬向您祈祷， 除了业力成熟之外， 即使寿命将尽也能活到百岁， 并能遣除一切非时而死。 礼敬怙主无量寿！ 以充满无数三千大千世界的 珍宝作布施， 不如听闻无量光之名和极乐世界， 以信心合掌。 据说后者之福德更为巨大。 因此恭敬礼敬无量光。 无论何人听闻无量光之名后， 毫无虚伪，从内心深处， 仅仅一次生起信心， 此人便不会从菩提道上退转。 礼敬怙主无量光！ 听闻佛陀无量光之名后， 此人在未获得菩提果位之前， 不会转生为女性，将转生于高贵种姓。 生生世世皆能持守清净戒律。 礼敬善逝无量光！ 我之身体、受用及一切善根， 以及实际拥有的供品， 意幻化现吉祥物、标识及珍 宝七种。 本自具足的三千大千世界之 四大部洲、须弥山、日月百俱胝。 天、龙、人之所有受用， 皆以意取而供养无量光。 为利益我，请以慈悲力纳受。 父母为首，我等一切众生， 从无始以来直至今日， 杀生、不予而取、邪淫， 身之三种不善业，我皆忏悔。 妄语、离间语、恶语、绮语， 语之四种不善业，我皆忏悔。

I prostrate! The Buddha's eyes, in the six periods of day and night, Constantly watch over all sentient beings with love. Whatever thoughts and ideas arise in the minds of all sentient beings, Every change of thought is always known by the Buddha. All the words that sentient beings constantly speak, Are always heard distinctly and separately by the ears of the Buddha. I prostrate to the omniscient Amitabha! Except for abandoning the Dharma and committing the five heinous crimes, All who have faith in you and offer prayers, Will have their wishes fulfilled to be born in Sukhavati. It is said that you will come in the bardo to guide them to that pure land. I prostrate to the guide, Amitabha! Your life span is immeasurable kalpas, You do not pass into nirvana, and you still manifestly abide now. If we pray to you with single-minded devotion, Except for the ripening of karma, Even if life is exhausted, we can live to be a hundred years old, And it is said that all untimely deaths can be averted. I prostrate to the protector, Amitayus! More meritorious than filling countless three-thousandfold worlds With jewels and giving them as offerings, Is hearing the name of Amitabha and Sukhavati, And joining palms together with faith. It is said that the latter is even more meritorious. Therefore, I respectfully prostrate to Amitabha. Whoever hears the name of Amitabha, Without hypocrisy, from the depths of their heart and bones, Even if faith arises only once, That person will not regress from the path to enlightenment. I prostrate to the protector, Amitabha! After hearing the name of Buddha Amitabha, Until one attains the essence of enlightenment, One will not be born as a woman, but will be born into a noble family. In all lifetimes, one will uphold pure morality. I prostrate to the Sugata, Amitabha! My body, possessions, and all roots of virtue, And whatever offerings I actually possess, Mentally transformed auspicious objects, symbols, and the seven precious things. The three-thousandfold world, inherently complete with Four continents, Mount Meru, and a hundred million suns and moons. All the enjoyments of gods, nagas, and humans, I take them with my mind and offer them to Amitabha. For my benefit, please accept them with the power of compassion. With parents at the head, all beings including myself, From beginningless time until now, Killing, stealing, and engaging in improper sexual conduct, The three non-virtuous actions of the body, I confess. Lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, and idle chatter, The four non-virtuous actions of speech, I confess.

贪心、害心、邪见，意之不善三者皆忏悔。 杀父母、师长、阿罗汉，对佛身生恶念，积造五无间罪，皆忏悔。 杀比丘、沙弥，使比丘尼还俗，损毁佛像、佛塔、寺庙等，造近五无间罪，皆忏悔。 以三宝、寺庙、经书、三宝所依等，作为凭证、设立界限、发誓等，舍弃佛法，造作恶业，皆忏悔。 杀害三界众生罪业重，诽谤菩萨，无意义地积造大罪，皆忏悔。 听闻善业的利益、罪业的过患，以及地狱的痛苦、寿命长短等，却认为不真实、说谎也无所谓，这种比五无间罪还严重的恶业，积造无解脱之恶业，皆忏悔。 四堕罪、十三僧残罪，舍堕、单堕、恶作五部，违犯别解脱戒律，皆忏悔。 黑法四条、五五八堕罪，菩萨学处违犯，皆忏悔。 十四根本堕、八条粗支，违犯密咒誓言，皆忏悔。 未受戒律而造作恶业，行不净行、饮酒等，自性罪，不知罪是罪而忏悔。 即使获得皈依、律仪、灌顶等，却不知其律仪、誓言、守护，违犯所制定的堕罪，皆忏悔。 若无后悔心，忏悔不能清净，故对以往所作罪业，如腹中之毒般，以羞愧、恐惧、极大后悔心忏悔。 若未来没有防护之心，忏悔不能清净，故未来即使丧命，也不造作恶业，从今以后不作，心中坚定立誓。 祈愿善逝无量光佛及诸佛子，加持我等相续完全清净。 听闻他人行善之时，舍弃嫉妒不善之心，从内心欢喜随喜，如是说能获得同等福德。 因此，对诸圣众及凡夫，所作一切善业，皆随喜。 发起无上菩提之心后，对所作广大饶益有情之事，皆随喜。
English
Greed, malice, and wrong views, I confess all three unwholesome mental actions. Killing parents, teachers, and Arhats, generating evil thoughts towards the body of the Buddha, accumulating the five inexpiable sins, I confess them all. Killing monks and novices, causing nuns to disrobe, destroying Buddha images, stupas, and temples, committing the near inexpiable sins, I confess them all. Using the Three Jewels, temples, scriptures, and the three supports, as witnesses, setting boundaries, making vows, etc., abandoning the Dharma, accumulating evil deeds, I confess them all. Killing sentient beings of the three realms is a great sin, slandering Bodhisattvas, accumulating great sins meaninglessly, I confess them all. Hearing the benefits of virtuous deeds, the faults of sins, and the suffering and lifespan of hell, yet thinking they are not true, and that lying doesn't matter, this evil deed more severe than the five inexpiable sins, accumulating evil deeds without liberation, I confess them all. The four defeats, the thirteen remainders, the expiations, the confessions, and the five categories of misdeeds, violating the Pratimoksha vows, I confess them all. The four black Dharmas, the five-five-eight downfalls, violating the Bodhisattva precepts, I confess them all. The fourteen root downfalls, the eight gross branches, violating the secret mantra vows, I confess them all. Committing unwholesome deeds without taking vows, engaging in impure conduct, drinking alcohol, etc., sins by nature, not knowing sin as sin, I confess them all. Even having received refuge, vows, initiations, etc., yet not knowing their vows, commitments, and protections, violating the prescribed downfalls, I confess them all. If there is no regret, confession cannot purify, therefore, for the sins committed in the past, like poison entering the stomach, I confess with shame, fear, and great regret. If there is no intention to restrain in the future, confession cannot purify, therefore, even if it costs my life in the future, I will not commit evil deeds, from now on I will not do them, I firmly vow in my heart. May the Sugata Amitabha and all his sons, bless my continuum to be completely purified. When hearing others doing virtuous deeds, abandoning the unwholesome mind of jealousy, rejoicing from the heart, it is said that one obtains equal merit. Therefore, for all the virtuous deeds done by the noble ones and ordinary beings, I rejoice. Having generated the supreme mind of unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I rejoice in the vast deeds of benefiting sentient beings.
