After inviting all five families in their respective forms, contemplate them dissolving into yourself like snowflakes falling into a lake, silently, and engage in recitation. The meaning of the mantra is that the initial three seed syllables are inseparable from the three bodies, and the common name mantra for all five families is Bhagavan Chomdende (Tibetan: བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: bhagavān, Sanskrit Romanization: bhagavan, Literal Chinese meaning: Blessed One), Vairochana Nampa Nangdze (Tibetan: བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད།, Sanskrit Devanagari: vairocana, Sanskrit Romanization: Vairochana, Literal Chinese meaning: Illuminator), and the syllable Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: oṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) is the root mantra that does not err, drawn from the heart essence to stimulate the mind stream. Similarly, Akshobhya Vajra Mikyö Dorje (Tibetan: ཨཱཀྵོ་བྷྱ་བཛྲ་མི་བསྐྱོད་རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: akṣobhya vajra, Sanskrit Romanization: Akshobhya Vajra, Literal Chinese meaning: Immovable Vajra), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: Hum, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) to stimulate the mind stream, Ratna Sambhava Rinchen Jungne (Tibetan: རཏྣ་སཾ་བྷ་ཝ་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་གནས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ratnasaṃbhava, Sanskrit Romanization: Ratna Sambhava, Literal Chinese meaning: Jewel Born), Tram (Tibetan: ཏྲཱྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: trāṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: Tram, Literal Chinese meaning: Tram) to stimulate the mind stream, Amitabha Öpakme (Tibetan: ཨ་མི་ཏ་བྷ་འོད་དཔག་མེད།, Sanskrit Devanagari: amitābha, Sanskrit Romanization: Amitabha, Literal Chinese meaning: Immeasurable Light), Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: hrīḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: Hrih, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) to stimulate the mind stream, Ayu Siddhi Dza (Tibetan: ཨ་ཡུ་སིདྡྷི་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: āyu siddhi jaḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: Ayu Siddhi Dza, Literal Chinese meaning: Longevity Accomplishment Dza), grant the accomplishment of longevity, along with "Shambu." Amoghasiddhi Dönyö Drubpa (Tibetan: ཨ་མོ་གྷ་སིདྡྷི་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: amoghasiddhi, Sanskrit Romanization: Amoghasiddhi, Literal Chinese meaning: Unfailing Accomplishment), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: āḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: Ah, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) to stimulate the mind stream. In order to master the main transformation and the samadhi of transforming oneself into any of the five families as desired, one must meditate on the self-generation of the five families in a state of transference. In some drafts, the generation and recitation of each of the five families are described separately, but it should be understood that it is not necessary to meditate on the five families as a group; this is a key instruction. Although the number of recitations for Kunzang (Tibetan: ཀུན་བཟང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: samantabhadra, Sanskrit Romanization: Samantabhadra, Literal Chinese meaning: Samantabhadra) is not explicitly stated, since three seed syllables are mentioned for the five families, it is evident that Kunzang (Tibetan: ཀུན་བཟང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: samantabhadra, Sanskrit Romanization: Samantabhadra, Literal Chinese meaning: Samantabhadra) also requires the same. The three key points mentioned separately for each of the five families must be understood as the three applications of the three doors, deity mantra, and wisdom, which are the three qualities, meaning the inseparability of generation, completion, and union. That is, all the unobstructed appearances of mind itself are the skillful means of the generation stage; all the states of the essence of emptiness are the wisdom of the completion stage; and these two, like the sun and its rays, are inseparable, being the yoga of union. Looking outward at appearances, the generation stage is spontaneously accomplished; looking inward at mind itself, the completion stage is spontaneously accomplished. Appearance and mind, like gold and the yellowness of gold, turquoise and the blueness of turquoise, space and rainbow, are of the same taste, and therefore spontaneously accomplished. Even for beginners with limited understanding, the stage of generating clear visualization of one's own mind as the deity, the stage of knowing the deity as one's own mind, and the realization of the inseparability of these two, should be diligently practiced as the yoga of union. The oral instruction is the application of the path, the stage of blending and transferring the completion stage: If you know appearances to be illusory, you will know dreams to be illusory; if you know dreams to be illusory, you will know the bardo to be illusory.

Knowing. If you know the bardo as illusion, you will recognize the clear light. If you recognize the clear light, you will be liberated into the body of union. This is the key point and instruction of the three lineages of illusion of Je Naropa Panchen. If you want to elaborate, it is like the oral transmission of the nine stages of transference of Rechungpa Vajrakirti. If you ask whether the Six Dharmas of Naropa exist, the answer is yes. The complete stage of the Mother Tantra Lung Anu Yoga in general, the authentic six dharmas of the great treasure revealer Chokgyur Lingpa, are only different in detail and brevity, but the Upadesha (Sanskrit: Upadeśa, Romanized Sanskrit: Upadeśa, literal Chinese meaning: instruction) is the same. Athi. Sarva Da Kalyani Bhavatu. (Sanskrit: सर्वदा कल्याणॊ भवतु, Romanized Sanskrit: sarvadā kalyāṇi bhavatu, literal Chinese meaning: May all times be auspicious). Good! Good! Good! ༈ Even though you have all the necessities, do not accumulate them; even though you have many attendants, do not be attached to them; the treasure of wisdom of the three trainings and pitakas, place it in the center of your heart of renunciation and reading. This was written by Dzogchen master Karma Ngedon Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen, while taking a short break in the Khandro Cave, may goodness and prosperity increase! Sarva Mangalam. (Sanskrit: सर्व मङ्गलम्, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva maṅgalam, literal Chinese meaning: All auspiciousness). A written record of the realization of the five families from the Yesang Mind Treasure.
