Please listen! From beginningless time, due to the influence of the three poisons, with my body, speech, and mind, I have transgressed the teachings of the three vows of the Victorious Ones, and I confess all the sins and wrongdoings I have committed. May I not commit them again in the future, and may I never experience them. May all the broken vows of body, speech, and mind, root and branch, the illusions of the six realms, the seeds of habit, the brokenness of the three vows, and the accumulation of defilements of sins, be purified and greatly cleansed in this very moment. Please! From the palace of pure Dharmadhatu, the great mother Prajnaparamita Dharmakaya, you reside among heroes and dakinis, peaceful, enriching, loving, and wrathful deities, oath-bound dakinis of the five families, heroes, heroines, Dharma protectors, messengers, flesh-eaters, blood-drinkers, messengers, life-cutting executioners, etc., as you have fulfilled your vows in the past, tonight fulfill your vows in this place, grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, and accomplish the entrusted tasks. Hum! Offerings, fulfilling vows for eons.
