Profound Oral Transmission, the Unequaled Path: Elucidating the Methods of Practice and the Combined Exercises of Illusory Body of the Six Dharmas of Naropa, a Reminder from the Forgetful Notes of a Dull Mind. Sealed. Namo Guru Vajradharaya (藏文,梵文天城体:गुरुवज्रधाराय,梵文罗马拟音:guru vajradhārāya,汉语字面意思:金刚持上师). Like mountains of lapis lazuli and dark blue, encircled by the light of billions of suns, glory unequaled, the form of the union of appearance and emptiness, to Vajradhara, master of the six realms, I prostrate. 1 The essence of the ripening and liberating instructions of Excellent Wisdom, completely filling the jewel casket of the heart, may the fame of the name Jnanasiddhi (藏文:ཛྙ་ན་སི ངྔྷི,梵文天城体:ज्ञानसिद्धि,梵文罗马拟音:jñānasiddhi,汉语字面意思:智慧成就) , which surpasses the sphere of space, be victorious. 2 Especially supreme is the root of the definitive meaning teachings, the foremost of the supreme siddhas, Lord Marpa, the spiritual son of that Lord is known as Laughing Vajra, may the glory of that fame reside as an ornament on my crown. 3 Purity of discipline, like the slopes of Mount Kailash, union of shamatha and vipashyana, the five faces of samadhi dance, the three powers of the three wisdoms are nearly perfected, may the lion of speech, Youthful Moonlight, be victorious. 4 The body free from elaboration engages in the house of elaboration, in the womb of the central channel, the two extremes, sun and moon, are bound, in the realm of the unsurpassed lama, Karmapa (藏文:ཀརྨ་ཀ,梵文天城体:कर्मक,梵文罗马拟音:karmaka,汉语字面意思:业), may the all-knowing one of the three times, Rahula the Powerful, be victorious. 5 In the dense forest of the definitive meaning of the scriptures, may the excellent stream of the virtues of good speech be raised in the ten directions, covered with the monastic robes of celibacy, may the assembly of virtuous friends, the hermits of the Dagpo lineage, be victorious. 6 Bodhisattva Youthful Moonlight himself, in order to spread the Kagyu teachings in the ten directions, the lotus feet of the guide, the dancer Good Moon, whose kindness is incomparable, I respectfully prostrate from the depths of my heart. 7 Having first offered praise in this way, here I write a reminder from the forgetful notes of a dull mind on the methods of practice of the profound path, the Six Dharmas of Naropa, namely, at the time of the preliminary four-fold union guru yoga of the Six Dharmas, the lineage prayer as it is.

Composed by... Vajradhara the Great Yeshe Khandroma, etc., and Manjushri the Good's Bliss-Emptiness Undifferentiated, etc. Recite either one. The Guru's Supplication was composed by Je Dharmeshvara. Je, the essence of the Three Refuges, Guru Je. While remembering the meaning of the words, recite twenty-one times with intense devotion, or as much as possible. Then, call the Guru from afar. Father, Venerable Guru Rinpoche. While reciting this, it is extremely important to cultivate unwavering faith from the depths of your heart and bones, knowing that you know everything you do. At that moment, starting from "Emaho Emaho Dharma," up to "Samaya is stable, obtain empowerment, become a Vajra Acharya," receive the four empowerments, and remain in the state of experiencing the wisdom of the four joys in your mindstream. For all suitable postures such as remaining in equipoise, it is said that the body should be straight, although there are many names. However, hands and vertebrae have different lengths. Therefore, for those with long hands and short vertebrae, when staying in a state of equanimity other than through trul khor, the meditation cushion should be small and high. The height of the cushion should be made by measuring three or four fingers, etc., according to the length of the vertebrae. For those whose vertebrae and hand lengths are proportionate, and whose posture naturally aligns, a small cushion is not needed. This was said by Je Lama. For example, when straightening an arrow, it is necessary to straighten the inner side of the curve, otherwise it will bend on its own, and if pulled too hard, it will break. If you become accustomed to and familiar with this, it will be easier to understand the key points of practice. When sitting, the two shoulders should be pulled upwards and the chest should be straightened. Beginners may have the fault of sticking out their chest. Note: If the end of the hip bone protrudes, it is like there must be a crease. After pressing the air, the area below the navel becomes very swollen, and the spine will definitely be straightened like an arrow. This is the oral instruction and practice of Chögyal Tenzin Palzang. Starting from (Tibetan: ༀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) Kaya Vak Citta (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀྐ་ཙིཏྟ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: कायवाक्चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: kāyavākcitta, Chinese literal meaning: Body Speech Mind). The visualization of emptiness. Visualize your own body as Vajrayogini, clearly. Visualize the inner center of the body, etc., with the three channels and four chakras, in a clear state of visualization. If you do extensive trul khor, you enter the trul khor that eliminates wind disorders. Finally, eliminate stale air, etc.
