It is said to recite the complete four empowerments. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हूँ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽啥) are the four syllables. It is the mantra of the four bodies of all Buddhas. The six-syllable mantra or the five-syllable mantra. Even if recited a million times, signs of accomplishment, whether superior, middling, or inferior, will arise. Since it is impossible for them not to arise, know the profound key to the introduction of the four bodies. Disciples should understand and practice this, so that various signs of accomplishment will spread throughout Jambudvipa. Pakshi said this. That is the meaning of the root verses. On the summit of Pullahari, the Dharmakaya is indicated by a symbol free from elaboration. That is the meaning of what was said. Next, ignite the tummo fire in the navel center of oneself as the victorious ocean, and dissolve all of samsara and nirvana, all containers and contents, into bodhicitta like silver water. Inhale through the nostrils and dissolve it into the fire. Maintain the state of holding the breath in practice. Recognize the nature of the body of great bliss, uniting bliss and emptiness. Increase lifespan, merit, and wisdom. Gather all appearances under control. Walking, sitting, eating, sleeping, and so on, whatever actions are done, blend and meditate on these practices. Transform them into the union of shamatha and vipashyana. Constantly strive to recite the six-syllable mantra or the ten syllables. Seal it at the end with vast aspirations. This condensed root text of the completion stage was urged by two who are skilled in means and have reached the end. On the nineteenth day of the Saka month in the Fire Monkey year (no specific year), at dusk, it was taught by Raga Asya. Written by one who has reached the end of practice. I confess faults and transgressions to the lineage gurus and protectors. May this virtue swiftly enable the kind incarnate lama to manifest the three bodies. This is the essence of the oral transmission dharma of the Kampo snow mountain Kagyu lineage. It is not known in other traditions. Therefore, all future followers should condense the essence of practice into this. No matter how weak one's capacity, the three bodies will manifest in the bardo. Since there is no more profound instruction than this, it is clearly stated in the words of Akshobhya. Sarva Mangalam (藏文:སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།,梵文天城体:सर्व मङ्गलम्,梵文罗马拟音:sarva maṅgalaṃ,汉语字面意思:一切吉祥). Shā bhaṃ (藏文:ཤཱ་བྷཾ།). Although possessing all desired enjoyments, do not accumulate them; although having many desires and retinues, do not be attached to them. Place the treasury of the three trainings and the wisdom of the scriptures in the center of the heart of renunciation and reading. This was also written by the Dzogchen master Karma Ngedon Sungrab Tenpai Gyaltsen, during a meditation break in the Khading cave.
