A compilation of notes on the practice method of the secret mind instruction of the five deities of the Great Compassionate Gyalwa Gyatso, introducing the three kayas and four kayas. A compilation of notes on the practice method of the secret mind instruction of the five deities of the Great Compassionate Gyalwa Gyatso, introducing the three kayas and four kayas. A compilation of notes on the practice method of the secret mind instruction of the five deities of the Great Compassionate Gyalwa Gyatso, introducing the three kayas and four kayas. Completed. Namo Lokeshvara Kaya Cature (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཙ་ཏུར་ཡེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो लोकेश्वर काय चतुरे, Sanskrit Romanization: namo lokeśvara kāya cature, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to Avalokiteśvara, Body, Four). The Bhagavan who is the nature of the four kayas, I prostrate to Avalokiteshvara. Please grant your blessing and empowerment. In the root text of the Vajra Essence, it says, "Outwardly, the assembly of the Gyalwa Gyatso, is placed entirely in the external realm. Inwardly, it is placed in the body. Secretly, it is placed in the channels. Most secretly, it is placed in the mind itself." That is, the three aspects of recitation, practice, and action, the most secret is introduced to the result. The introduction that is spoken is the introduction to the three kayas and four kayas. The profound Dharma, the introduction to the three kayas, is transmitted from Tailopa and Naropa, an oral transmission without writing. In the yellow scroll of Rinchen Lingpa, it says, "The Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, the activity of the Gyalwa Gyatso, the one who tames the three regions of China, Tibet, and Mongolia, the one who knows the three times, named 'Tsurphu,' the one with the name Karma will appear. In my profound Dharma of Orgyen, he will fully manifest skill and merit." As the prophecy was spoken, Rangjung Dorje wrote it down. After that, the successive fathers and sons wrote many extensive and concise guidebooks. In order to make the notes complete with the generation and completion stages, the root words are written down for easy practice. For individuals of the lowest capacity, refuge, bodhicitta, the hundred-syllable mantra, and the mandala, the ritual of the five deities is complete in meaning. For individuals of intermediate capacity, the four essentials turn the wheel of Dharma. Establishing the essential of the body is one, devotion to the guru is two, the essential of the life-force wind is three, and diligent physical training is four. Practice tummo with the four essentials. The meaning of secret practice and so on is complete. The extensive explanation is as explained elsewhere. These completion stage and generation stage are also not the generation stage of conceptual thought. It is the generation stage of non-conceptual thought, in emptiness.

Meditate in the state of contemplation. On top of the stacked sun, moon, and lotus, remember and perfect yourself as the Bhagavan. Shakyamuni is the main deity, with a golden body, adorned with excellent marks and signs, sitting in the vajra posture. Wear the three Dharma robes on your body. In your heart, on the moon, there is a yellow Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable Hūṃ). When exhaling, a thousand and two Buddhas emanate from your body, and countless billions of Shakyamuni Buddhas radiate out, filling the entire world with golden light. Because they all preach the Dharma, all beings become like Shakyamuni Buddha, and they merge into his body. When inhaling, everything is gathered and dissolved into the central channel. Rest in a state of non-objectification. Meditate on compassion from the state of emptiness. Focus awareness in the center of the navel. By meditating in this way again and again, it is said that all phenomena will be realized as the Nirmāṇakāya. The meaning of this is found in the Father Tantra Guhyasamaja. In short, the five aggregates are known as the five Buddhas. The twelve sources, eighteen elements, and six faculties are the supreme mandala of the Bodhisattvas. As Maitreya Buddha also said, the complete Buddha body is for the sake of emanation, and because the Dharmatā is inseparable, and because it has the Buddha-nature, all sentient beings constantly have the essence of the Tathāgata. It is said that all sentient beings are emanations of the Yidam deity. Because it is said in the Gongdü Tantra that the six realms of beings are actually Nirmāṇakāyas, but they are obscured by the ordinary clinging of non-realization. By meditating, purify the illusion of ordinariness, and it is taught that phenomena and existence will be realized as the Nirmāṇakāya. The meaning of this is found in the Vajra verses. In the lower room of Pullāhari, the Nirmāṇakāya pours down a continuous rain of Dharma without obstruction. These are the two Vajra verses. On top of the lotus, moon, and sun, remember and perfect yourself in an instant as Avalokiteśvara, the Gyalwa Gyatso, meditate as in the Father Tantra single deity manifestation. In your heart, on the moon, there is the Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable Hrīḥ) syllable, surrounded by the six-syllable mantra. When blowing air outwards, from the nostrils and pores, a collection of five-colored rays of light radiates out, pervading the ten directions. All sentient beings in the six realms and the intermediate state become the Sambhogakāya Avalokiteśvara, completely becoming Avalokiteśvara. When inhaling, everything is gathered and dissolved into yourself. Rest in the state of naked awareness. Again, radiate light.
