Bhyo! Cemetery Mistress, Face of Accomplishment, Fierce One, Practicing, Eater of Corpses, Oath Protectress, Blood-Loving Mother, Sounding the Kīlī, Already United. In the Center of the Cemetery's Corpse Assembly, In the Assembly and Messengers, Fierce One Who Practices, Mother of Smoke and Coal, Implore, Accept, Oath Deity. Implore to Abide in This Place, Whatever My Mind Desires, May You Accomplish That, Whatever Work I Do, May Everyone Be a Friend to That. Black Goddess, Great Powerful Mother, Noble One, I Praise You. All Harmful Influences That Harm the Doctrine, Quickly Accomplish the Activity of Liberation. Be on Guard Day and Night, Accomplish the Entrusted Activity. Gṛhṇa Gṛhṇa Sarva Duṣṭaṃ Bhakṣa Bhakṣa. Phreṃ Phruṃ Phriṃ Phroṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. After saying this, strike the hand drum. Ḍākinī, Mother of Smoke and Coal, All of you with a retinue of a million black hosts, please partake of this offering torma with excellent color, smell, taste, and touch, and pacify and avert all 404 types of diseases, 80,000 types of demons, all bad dreams and omens, decline, fear, and inauspiciousness for us yogis and our retinue. Please accompany me like my body and shadow, and accomplish all my wishes as desired. Think that you have promised to act according to the command. If you want to expand here, bless with precious substances such as Bandha. Towards the northeast, the Dharma realm, and if necessary, recite the Mamo Wrathful Turning Back composed by Chakme Rinpoche. Join your palms together, Oṃ! Wisdom Deities and Goddesses, I, the Invincible One, first practicing and causing to practice, the oath substances that are not in harmony, not gathered according to the scriptures, that are contrary to the heart of the glorious Goddess, even having become a place of punishment for the command, oath broken, vows torn, having become one, to the Wisdom Compassionate One, I pray for forgiveness. I confess all that is contrary to your heart. May all that is broken in the oath be fulfilled. And so, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and confess transgressions. Vajra Lāsya Rāga Yāmi Hā.

Oṃ. Thus, gather the deity of the torma, inseparable from the yidam, along with painted images and other supports, into the heart. With Vajra muḥ (བཛྲ་མུཿ，Vajra muḥ，Vajra muḥ), the retinue departs, and the torma is taken to a clean place. Make dedications, aspirations, and auspicious prayers. May the protectors of the Dharma fulfill their duties, and may the lineage of the Vajra Master's oral instructions continue. By writing this torma ritual, may virtue be attained, and may the glory of the teachings reach the heights of the sky. This is also a supplementary part of the Marpa tradition's practice mandala. The unerring oral transmission of Ngok Shedang Dorje and his sons, the secret lord Tāranātha, compiled in an easy-to-understand manner, is preserved as is. Adorned with clear and concise additions to the preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion, it was written by Lodrö Thaye at the great seat of Palpung Yangwen, may it become the life force for raising the victory banner of the practice lineage teachings to the summit of existence. Maṅgalaṃ! Even though all desired enjoyments are gathered, do not accumulate them; even though there are many desirable retinues, do not be attached to them. Place the treasury of wisdom, the three trainings, in the heart of renunciation and reading. This was also written by Dzogchen Ponlop Karma Ngedön Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen, one quiet night in the cave of the Ḍākinīs, may virtue and goodness increase! Sarva maṅgalaṃ (སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，sarva maṅgalaṃ，All auspicious!). The torma ritual of the chief Dharma protector, Düd Solma, is like the sound of summer drums.
