以三次的清淨覺悟增長光芒，成為具備圓滿香氣的無邊威嚴。念誦三次 嗡 阿嘎若 目康 （藏文：ༀ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ，梵文天城體：ओम् आकारो मुखम्，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ ākāro mukhaṃ，漢語字面意思：嗡，阿是口），如此說道：剎那間，為了使我等因煩惱、不恭敬、無慚愧、無知等，以及難以調伏的未馴服者，所違犯三律儀的罪過得以懺悔，而不被遮蔽。祈請世尊大悲者，黑袍金剛十三尊壇城前方的虛空中，金剛薩瑪札 （藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城體：वज्रसमाज，梵文羅馬擬音：vajrasamājaḥ，漢語字面意思：金剛薩瑪札）。如此說道：禮敬、供養、懺悔，隨喜、勸請與祈請，我所積累的些微善根，全部迴向無上大菩提。如此說。然後，從金剛阿爾崗到夏帕念誦。所欲之色聲清淨金剛界，界之香、味清淨寂靜之界，地之觸法界清淨，享用甘露光芒燃燒之供品。我之罪過全部懺悔，從今以後不再造作，再次受持律儀。對以往的過錯深感後悔，因此不被遮蔽，賜予成就。祈請供養噶舉傳承上師、本尊，勇父空行、具誓海會眾。請圓滿誓言，恢復所失。以大悲心垂念我。大黑天母，獨髻母。具德黑袍，獨髻紅髮母。化身事業怙主大烏鴉面。獅面空行母忿怒尊。禿鷲、鵬鳥、烏鴉與貓頭鷹，豬、狗、豺狼、老虎之面者。食肉飲血之母及眷屬，黑鳥、黑狗、化身之眾。以大悲心垂念，世尊。所有違背教言者，全部懺悔。祈請圓滿身語意之誓言虧損。以圓滿誓言之加持力，祈請遣除貪戀與恐懼。祈請遣除內外障礙。祈請成辦四種事業。如此，每念誦三十遍供養文，就供養一份新的朵瑪，並加持朵瑪。不違背律儀誓言，捨棄肉酒等不淨之物，於寂靜處，上師怙主合一...

Having purified and illuminated the understanding with three repetitions, it becomes an immeasurable splendor with abundant fragrance and taste. Reciting three times Oṃ Ākāro Mukhaṃ (藏文：ༀ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ，梵文天城體：ओम् आकारो मुखम्，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ ākāro mukhaṃ，漢語字面意思：Om, A is the mouth), and saying thus: In an instant, in order to confess whatever faults I and others have due to afflictions, disrespect, shamelessness, ignorance, and those who are untamed and difficult to subdue, which are contrary to the three vows, so that they are not obscured. I beseech the Bhagavan, the compassionate one, the glorious Great Black One, in the sky in front of the mandala of the thirteen deities, Vajra Samājaḥ (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城體：वज्रसमाज，梵文羅馬擬音：vajrasamājaḥ，漢語字面意思：Vajra Samaja). Saying thus: I prostrate, offer, and confess, rejoice, urge, and pray. Whatever small merit I have accumulated, I dedicate entirely to the unsurpassed Great Enlightenment. Thus. Then, reciting from Vajra Argham to Shabda. Pure Vajra realm of desirable forms and sounds, pure realm of fragrance and taste of the elements, the sphere of peace, pure touch of the earth's Dharma realm, accept the offering of burning nectar rays. I confess all my faults, from now on I will not commit them, I take the vows again. I regret the past wrongdoings, therefore, do not obscure me, grant me accomplishments. I fulfill the vows to the Kagyu lineage lamas, yidams, heroes, dakinis, and the ocean of oath-bound beings. Please fulfill the vows and restore what has been lost. With great compassion, consider me. Great Black One, the single-haired mother. Auspicious Black One, the single-haired red-veined mother. Emanation, the great protector, Raven-faced. Lion-faced wrathful yogini. Vulture, Garuda, Crow and Owl, Pig, Dog, Jackal, Tiger-faced. Flesh-eating, blood-drinking mothers and retinue, Black Bird, Black Dog, assembly of emanations. With great compassion, consider, Bhagavan. I confess all violations of the teachings. I fulfill the broken vows of body, speech, and mind. By the blessings of fulfilling the vows, I pray to avert attachment and fear. I pray to avert outer and inner obstacles. I pray to accomplish the four activities. Thus, after reciting the fulfillment offering thirty times, offering a new torma each time, and blessing the torma. 一心专注于无误上师瑜伽，如法进行此忏悔，则遣除违缘的力量强大。若在城市中，于在家之所，聚集一切不如法行为，为了世俗的利益，为了守护和遣除而进行此供养，要知道护法神们会降下各种障碍的惩罚！说：至尊上师大佛之足，对于如念巴大成就者般的法行者，护法神们会如教奉行，我等恶劣行非法之事者，祈请护法神们调伏我的相续。以此精进之善，愿冈仓噶玛巴之教法，一切众生皆能入此！此乃依仗获得护法神许可的少许征兆，由第七世噶玛巴·米觉多杰于卫茹上部所造。༈ 即使具备所需的一切受用，也不积攒；即使拥有众多欲妙眷属，也不贪恋。将三学三藏智慧的宝库，置于舍弃和诵读的心中。这也是被称为佐钦班智达噶玛定顿松饶丹贝坚赞者，于一次禅定休息时在空行洞中所写，善妙增上！ །།萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！吉祥圆满！ 吉祥智慧怙主四臂尊十三尊之现证，实修传承噶玛冈仓之法，乃由桑结念巴大师口传。

Devoting oneself single-mindedly to the yoga of the unerring guru, and performing this confession properly, the power to avert obstacles is great. If in a city, in a householder's dwelling, all kinds of improper conduct are gathered, and this continuous offering is made for the sake of worldly gain, for the sake of protection and aversion, know that the Dharma protectors will inflict various kinds of obstacles as punishment! It is said: At the feet of the supreme guru, the great Buddha, To the Dharma practitioner like the great accomplished Nyenpa, The Dharma protectors will accomplish as instructed, But even if I and others, being wicked, engage in non-Dharma conduct, I request the Dharma protectors to tame my mind-stream. By the virtue of this effort, may all beings enter the teachings of the Kamtsang Karmapa! This was composed in Upper Uru by the 7th Karmapa, Mikyö Dorje, relying on a slight sign of having received the permission of the Dharma protectors. Even though all desired enjoyments are complete, not accumulating them; even though having many desirable retinues, not being attached to them; placing the treasury of the three trainings and the three pitakas of wisdom in the center of the heart of renunciation and reading. This was also written by the one called Dzogchen Ponlop Karma Ngedön Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen during a meditation break in Khading Cave. May virtue and excellence increase! Sarva Mangalam! All auspiciousness! The thirteen-deity visualization of the glorious Wisdom Lord, the Four-Armed One, is a practice lineage of the Karma Kamtsang tradition, transmitted from the mouth of the great Sangye Nyenpa.
