Those who have attained mastery over the Great Seal, the unequaled protector of beings, the Dagpo Kagyu, I pray to the Kagyu lineage lamas, holders of the lineage, please bless liberation. As it is said that renunciation is the root of practice, for the practitioner who has no attachment to food, wealth, and everything else, and who has severed the ties of this life, please bless them to have no attachment to gain and respect. As it is said that devotion is the head of practice, for the lama who opens the door to the treasury of instructions, for the practitioner who constantly prays, please bless them to generate unfeigned devotion. As it is said that non-distraction is the main part of practice, for the practitioner who leaves the nature of whatever arises, the raw thought, uncorrected in its natural state, please bless them to be free from the mind to be meditated upon. As it is said that the nature of thoughts is the Dharmakaya, for the practitioner who is nothing and yet manifests everything, who manifests unceasingly in play, please bless them to realize the inseparability of samsara and nirvana. In all lifetimes, may I not be separated from the true guru, etc. This was also composed by Ban Gar Jampal Zangpo. At the time of such prayer, with single-pointed focus and strong faith, pray in the manner of calling the lama from afar. Because it is said that prayer should be offered like a dog's bark, even if one is not good at learning chants, one should chant with whatever melody the yogi knows. At the time of prayer, due to devotion to the lama, one's hair stands on end, tears flow, and one is choked with emotion, doing whatever one can, acting with blazing experience, running, jumping, and calling to the lama. This is devotion, the head of practice. Then, all the lamas on the crown of the head dissolve into light into the Three-Times Knower, the main deity. The Three-Times Knower dissolves into light into oneself. May the body, speech, and mind of those Kagyu lamas be inseparable from one's own body, speech, and mind, meditate on them merging like milk poured into water. Then, look at the nature of whatever arises in the mind. No matter how it arises, do not fabricate it, but rest uncorrected in its natural state, without distraction. Abandon from the root the thought of wanting to be good and fearing to be bad. In the experience and realization born from the power of devotion, there is not a single obstacle or habit. No matter what wild or scattered thoughts arise, just as there is no good or bad in water and waves, it is good to rest in stillness, ease, and clarity.

Without fabrication. Even if scattering and distraction arise, there is no need to cling to them. Originally, the nature of mind is the naked Dharmakaya. Recognize it, do not be distracted, and protect it with mindfulness. Whatever arises, look at its nature and it will self-liberate, etc. You can do this at first, but it is not necessary to do so for a long time. Just protect it with unwavering mindfulness. This is the real basis of undistracted meditation. This life is as impermanent as a butter lamp in the wind. Even if you have power and wealth, you have no right to take them away. Even if you have many friends and relatives, you have no right to take them away. Therefore, cut off the attachment and clinging to the mind of this world. Food, wealth, enjoyment, service, etc. Even if many good things happen, abandon attachment. Dedicate and pray for the benefactor to attain enlightenment. If it happens naturally, there is no need to hate it on purpose. Whatever good deeds you accomplish, offer your own body as a mandala. Even if you have it, you must abandon the asceticism of not eating. Also, abandon the act of making enemies with everyone because you do not care about face. Although you have to coordinate with the people of the world for the time being, in reality, the happiness of gods and humans in samsara. Thinking about it, it is not satisfying, the benefits are small, and the harms are great. Fearing the ocean of suffering of samsara. In order not to regress, go to the Pure Land of Great Bliss. Try to find all kinds of ways. This will turn away attachment to the six realms of samsara. Turning away from attachment is the root of meditation itself. In the next life, pray to obtain human happiness. If so, how can it be considered turning away from attachment? Devotion is the head, non-distraction is the body, and turning away from attachment is the root of meditation. When these are all present. The head and root of meditation are complete, and you can accomplish what you want. If one of these three is missing, you will not be able to accomplish it. No progress is a sign that these three are not complete. Of the Kagyu Mahamudra. The key points of meaning are all contained in this prayer. The Sixth Karmapa, who holds the Black Hat. The eldest son of his son, Jampal Zangpo. In a cave on the hillside of Mount Gangtise He did an eighteen-year retreat. Therefore, this prayer has great blessings. It is also a common prayer of the Kagyu lineage. If you visualize clearly and recite this prayer. Then there is no doubt that there will be progress in practice and realization. Among them, it is very important to generate strong devotion. Raga A Sye (རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ) In order to benefit all the monks. With the intention of benefiting others, he said these words during a group practice. Written by the meditator Padma Tharphen (པདྨ་མཐར་ཕྱིན). This is an act of benefiting others.
