Thus, contemplate. Especially, not being attached to the preliminaries is the condition of the cause. Being held by the four lamas is the condition of the master. The objective condition is that the object of meditation is not mistaken. The immediately preceding condition is to abandon hope and fear, Without acceptance or rejection, abide in whatever arises. The main practice is of two types: calm abiding and insight. First, there are the physical posture and the mental posture; the physical posture is: To properly establish the seven aspects of Vairocana's posture without fault. The mental posture is of two types: general and specific; the general is: To cut off the elaborations of the three times and leave whatever arises in its natural state. The specific has three aspects: not grasping, grasping; grasping and stabilizing; stabilizing and enhancing. First, the object of focus has three: object, non-object, and wind. The first also has two: outer and inner; the outer is divided into: Two: impure and pure. The first is crystal, wall, butter lamp, etc. The second is to hold the body of the Thus-Gone One. The faults of sinking and excitement are also eliminated by the way of looking. The inner holding is any of the lamas or yidams. Its essence is a ball of light, Meditate in the center of your heart. The non-object is the four elements merging into one, holding onto emptiness. The third, wind, is holding onto the number of vase breaths. Having grasped, stabilize it; the lotus in the heart, There are two: white and black; the bindu also has two: white and black. According to sinking and excitement, meditate accordingly, Or constantly alternate and meditate. Or there are nine ways of abiding: placing, continuous placing, fixed placing, Close placing, taming, close pacifying, Making a single stream, and equal placing. Having stabilized, enhance it; with the six objects individually, And whatever good or non-virtuous arises in the mind object, Without acceptance or rejection, hold each separately. Short sessions, many times, strive to relax. There are those with lists for removing obstacles and enhancing merit. Second, insight is to look at the nature of the mind, To cut off the four roots and to ascertain awareness and emptiness. First, the nature of abiding and moving, each of the two, The nature of the mind, color, form, etc., Where it abides, where Does the arising, ceasing, and three places of going occur? Thus, well ascertain the nature. Second, observe how its color, form, etc., How it abides and how it radiates. Also, thoroughly investigate the one who is looking. Also, analyze whether the two, abiding and moving, are one or different. Complete seeking, individual investigation, detailed analysis, And the union of calm abiding and insight, clarity and non-conceptuality, Equanimity, continuity, and non-distraction, Are the ten mental activities.

Extract the essence from one doorway. Third, this naked ordinary consciousness, because there is no clinging, is introduced as emptiness. At this time, there are many questions and introductions. Or introduce through the two ways of wavering and appearance. Various waverings arise simultaneously, and observe happiness and suffering, the five poisons, and various thoughts separately. Knowing that thoughts are kind, questions, removing obstacles, and extracting essence are here. Second, introduce directly on top of appearance, appearance is mind, mind is emptiness, emptiness is spontaneously accomplished, spontaneously accomplished is self-liberated. Among the four, the first is for objects of reference, etc., all appearances are like dreams, there is nothing other than mind appearance, if you know that body and mind are one taste, and are separated from heterogeneity, then appearance is mind, thus establish. The non-dual mind is like the moon's reflection in water, seeing emptiness is separated from the three of arising, dwelling, and ceasing. Third, emptiness yet unobstructed appearance of power and light arises. Fourth, the great spontaneous accomplishment of appearance and emptiness, for the Dharma that includes samsara and nirvana, there is no acceptance or rejection. The original bodhi is manifested. These are the goals of the main practice. After that is the way to train power, extract essence, remove obstacles, and practice the path and realize the fruit. First, eliminate the five wrong thoughts about object, time, essence, nature, and wisdom. The object is good and evil, there is no acceptance or rejection for the object. Time is the three times, equality, without clinging to reality. Essence has no wisdom more supreme than mind. Nature mind, there is no other Buddha. Wisdom cannot be realized through hearing, thinking, and analysis, but arises quickly through the power of blessing. There are three wise people who need to learn three things, first, at the beginning, the wise person does not pretend, observe in an unpretentious, relaxed state. When interrupting, the wise person changes the body posture of meditation. When acting, the wise person abandons attachment and aversion to good and bad experiences. Or, habits disappear, increase, and become antidotes. The elimination of the four wrong paths, the first is analysis, etc., for the arrival of the known, thinking that it will abide like this, abandon fabrication, and practice the unobstructed power appearance. Second, through mantra and mind, emptiness is truly existent. Unlike that, through the mind to increase practice, eliminate by guarding the self-nature of ordinary consciousness. Third, for afflictions, etc., emptiness, clinging to the duality of foundation, self, and other, for what should be abandoned
